Clinical Implications:
More posteriorly positioned implants exhibit higher crestal bone strains in 2-implant mandibular . Clinicians can avoid placing the implants more posteriorly (generally in the premolar region) to optimize the crestal bone strain in 2IMO. Patients should be encouraged to masticate bilaterally with an overdenture to best distribute the peri-implant crestal .

- Few features of this research:
1. Probably 1st clinical study (*with author's limited knowledge) to indicate implant positions in millimeters from midline, one step closer to report specific implant-position in complete edentulism, rather than just using tooth-position to indicate implant-position.
2. Normalizing the radiographic measurements (https://www.thejpd.org/article/S0022-3913(14)00539-3/fulltext), one step closer to minimize errors.
