We’re still over the moon from our win at the recent HAPA Awards 2023 where Hammam received the ‘Best Day Spa’ award for Hammam Isetan Lot 10, as well as the Resilience Award for surviving the pandemic. These two awards were received by our founder, Kam-Su En, here photographed with her two daughters “Hammam heiresses”, and the founder of .awards who organised the lavish awards ceremony-celebration at One World Hotel on May 10, 2023 🌟

We are so honoured to be awarded and recognised, as it was surely challenging times, for us and for the entire spa industry. But we managed to pull through the long lockdowns with a few projects, such as the The Moroccan Kirchen that kept our staff active, happy, and involved while in lockdown. Then to re-build our business after the pandemic was the second wave of trying times, especially when launching our new Hammam Isetan Lot 10, which started construction just before the pandemic with most hardware from the handcrafted brass doors to artisan tiles being brought here all the way from Morocco. We finally opened in November 2021 with some kinks here and there such as shipping and staffing issues, as well as completing the hammam room without access to our contractors from Morocco who build our steam rooms the authentic way. But we did it, and Hammam Isetan Lot 10 today stands as the jewel box in our three flagships!

We would like to thank of .awards for also being such great support during these times, and for recognising our passion and efforts during and after the pandemic to continue to deliver our excellent service and an amazing Hammam experience to everyone who walks through our brass doors.
