Dear customers,
Update regarding service downtime from 2023-04-05 to 2023-04-07 due to a broken fiber cable due to natural causes to our data center, we have already fixed and installed a new pair of reinforced fiber cable to avoid such incident from happening again. All customers with active order will get an extension of 14 days to their orders automatically. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for trusting in our service.
