A suburban area of Kliene Windhoek, in Windhoek is gradually becoming the centre hub for the new emerging enterprises with the notion of establishing head office spaces due to its close approximate to other services . Keriiarchitects was commissioned to the design a new head office for Tom Van Wyk Quantity Surveyors from an existing residential house.
The design main challenge was to design an office space within the existing framework that is cost effective and yet catering for the new functional requirement. The architects design approach was to ensure that aspects of functional and technological requirements were of high priority.
Project was delivered within budget and project timelines.
