I just hate it when a customer returns to exchange the goods he has already purchased and taken home.
But no matter how much I resent this, I make sure the customer makes his best choice without much stress and protocols in as much as the one he returned is still in good shape.
Sometimes, it can lead to refunding part of the money, all of the money or the customer adding more money.

Anyway, how I feel is not that important, I just do what needs to be done because my customers are part of my business community and they are the reason I am still in business.
