What are the symptoms of pregnancy in the tenth month?
By the end of your pregnancy, your uterus has expanded from your pelvis to the bottom of your rib cage. Pregnancy symptoms in the tenth month largely depend on when the fetus drops down into the lower part of your uterus.

Shortness of breath, heartburn, and constipation usually improve when the fetus drops. But the position of the fetus lower in your pelvis causes frequent urination (p*eing) and trouble holding urine (p*e).

Hemorrhoids. When varicose veins occur in the re**al area, they’re called hemorrhoids. Eating lots of fiber and staying hydrated can help prevent this. If they do appear, you may want to try an ice pack or warm bath for some relief.
Dizziness. Taking your time standing up and making sure that you’re eating frequently to keep your blood sugar levels up can help with this common eighth month complaint.
Fatigue. Not only are you carrying more baby weight, but the further along in your pregnancy you get, the harder it can be to find a comfortable position to sleep in at night. (Pregnancy pillows may help.)

Another way to do it is to subtract three months from the first day of your last period and add seven days. So if your last period started on April 11, you'd count back three months to January 11 and then add seven days, which means your due date would be January 18.This is how your doctor will estimate your due date — and it’s a pretty solid target.
