MENOPAUSE TEACHING
Do you know that a lot of ladies are experiencing early and premature menopause and don't even know that that's what they are experiencing? They have gone to the hospital and yet go back home feeling confused and sometimes depressed or even better.

Early menopause occurs between the ages of 40 and 45. At this stage, if a lady has not seen her monthly flow for 12 consecutive months, it is assumed she is experiencing early menopause.
Premature menopause occurs before the age of 40.

Early menopause can happen naturally or for medical reasons, such as a hysterectomy that removes both ovaries.
Some causes of early menopause are

1. Aging
2. Family history,
3. Genetic disorders,
4. Toxins,
5. Autoimmune conditions, 6.Infection and Surgery

Premature menopause, also known as premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), means that the ovaries are no longer functioning correctly and stop producing eggs years before they usually would. Some causes of premature menopause include:
