Abia State, an oil rich state, has been standing on spindly legs and distended stomach albeit an efulefu amongst other oil rich states in Nigeria and elsewhere.

Abia State, if not for the monumental mis-management of resources by a ‘thieving heartless close knit clique’, would have been the Japan of Nigeria. Now is the time to reverse the retrogressive slide of this great state and rescue it from the typical collapse reminiscent of ancient domains. The decay of Abia State is frightening, the collapse imminent. Abia is on the brink of total disintegration as the state is struggling with economic, socio-cultural and environmental issues; factors which historians ascribe to contributing to the fall of independent societies. We need a woman with the competent qualities of Nnenna N’mma Lancaster-Okoro Esq., to rescue Abians from the doldrums of societal rot.
