ONLY GOD CAN HELP AN ASSISTANT PASTOR TO CROSS THESE SEVEN JUNCTIONS IN MINISTRY:

MANY BECOME dEVILS AND dEMONS IN THESE JUNCTIONS:

A FEW BECAME EMERGENCY FOUNDERS OF CHURCHES:

IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN THESE JUNCTIONS BE VERY DETERMINED NOT TO GIVE ROOM TO THE DEVIL:

IT IS YOUR BIGGEST TEMPTING SEASON:

SOME TIMES IT IS A TEST AND A PHASE YOU MUST PASS:

WITH PATIENCE AND ENDURANCE, YOU CAN CROSS THESE JUNCTIONS INTO A NEW PHASE WITHIN THE SAME MINISTRY:

BUT MANY END UP QUITTING AND STARTING A DIFFERENT CHURCH:

THEY ARE USING MISTAKE TO CORRECT MISTAKE, IT WILL LEAD TO BIGGER MISTAKES:

NOW THE SEVEN JUNCTIONS:

1. THE JUNCTION OF YOU ARE NOT CALLED, I AM THE ONE THAT CALLED ALL OF YOU: Most Assistant Pastors don't want to hear that statement from any General Overseer. To them nobody called them, it was God who called them not man. A pastor resigned the same day his father said I am the one who called all of you. The assistant pastor said that his calling is so real that he cant stay under a man who doesn't believe in it. As we speak the church he started has shut down. He is now into business, no longer in ministry. All his colleagues who accepted that they are not called are doing exploits under the same man who said so. Can you cross this junction?

2. THE JUNCTION WHERE YOUR JUNIORS IN MINISTRY ARE NOW PLACED OVER YOU: This is one of the reasons for problems between the founder and most seconds in command. At a certain level in ministry, the founder will feel comfortable with new and younger hands, if the second in command is not convinced about what God told him, he is on his way out of the system. This is the challenge with ordination date in most ministries. So if I was ordained before you, I can't serve under you? Even if I am not producing accordingly. Can you cross this junction?

3. THE JUNCTION OF OBEYING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS THEY FEEL THEY ARE BIGGER THAN: As an assistant pastor, please hear me very well, there is no time, you will be bigger than the rules guiding your stewardship in a ministry. If you are bigger than the rules, then walk away. It is as simple as that. Whether the rule is wrong or right, you have to obey those rules.
There is a church in Nigeria most assistant pastors love to join because of their large church network. But most of them can't keep the rules there. For example, No pastor is permitted to go live online during church service. If you are the type that wants to have online presence, you will pull out at this junction. There is another church, where watching of TV Is not allowed during office hours in church. You came to work not to watch TV. Can you cross this junction?

4. THE JUNCTION OF YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THIS WOMAN YOU WANT TO MARRY AND REMAINING IN THIS MINISTRY: I lost one of my pastors I told that the girl he is in courtship with is not good for a pastor. That the girl is too carnal, domineering and materialistic. I saw that his ministry will be crashed in the hands of that girl. He got angry and resigned. As I speak, the girl is married to another man. She took the pastor away from ministry and left him on the street of Warri. Most assistant pastors started well, until they married a woman that was destined to marry only a yahoo boy. So the pastor became a yahoo pastor just to stay married. Can you leave the girl you want to marry to honour your father, if you are sure you heard God?

5. THE JUNCTION OF YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO WRITE ANY BOOK AS AN ASSISTANT PASTOR: All books are to be written by the founder, his wife and some selected senior Pastors in the ministry. I met a pastor some years ago, who said to me the only reason, why he resigned to go and start a new church, is to be able to author Christian books. In his words, I can't bury my writing ministry to please anyone. Some pastors resigned to go and write books, 20 years after resigning they have not authored the first book. But can you cross this junction?.

6. THE JUNCTION OF HAVING A GIFT FROM GOD THAT IS NOT ACCEPTED IN THE MINISTRY YOU ARE SERVING WITH: You are a born Prophet but you are not allowed to prophesy. You are gifted in deliverance, but it is forbidden in the ministry you are serving with. You move your hands and people fall in that direction. Yet you are told after teaching, just close and let the people go. No prophecy, No deliverance, No physical manifestations. What will you do at this junction?

7. THE JUNCTION OF HAVING A RETIREMENT AGE WHEN ALL ASSISTANT PASTORS MUST BE ASKED TO STEP OUTSIDE: God did not call most pastors, it is the fear of retirement age that pushed them into starting a ministry. A man said I have to go now that I am young, because at so and so age, I will be retired. If you know there is a retirement age, and you still stayed to serve until that age, it means you really heard from God. But most people missed it at this junction.
The fear of retirement is not a marching order from God.
