It’s finally here... Monday we kick off this amazing experience 😊 DANCE 4 IMPACT Is a Youth and Community Development Certificate Program by Krump Studios in Partnership with the US Embassy. It combines creative development for dancers/Movement Artists of all levels and community impact & engagement by dancers/artists. 110 new and Emerging Dancers in the city of Abuja will be trained for an intense one week at the Dancing to Connect Workshops by world renowned The Battery Dance Company New York @batterydance (https://batterydance.org/) at Our Collaborative Studio Spaces after which they will be led to Carry out their own Community Impact Project under the leadership of Outstanding Dance Company Heads ( Adewale Alebiosu of @trudanceArt, Oluwabukunmi Olukitibi of @Hearts_Heartist, Emmanuel Anosike @Ehmikhidartfoundation & Spectacularpreye of @capitaldancers @bravehearts_ballet_academie and Jemima Angulu of @krump_Studios) All participants will receive - 6days intensive training with Battery Dance (Dancing to Connect) 10th to 15th July 2023 - Mentorship toward Creative and development projects.
