I just thought to let you know that the best way to extract your meat/chicken stock is by boiling the meat/chicken with the Classy Style energy pot. First, wash the meat/chicken and drain off all the water. Then pour the meat/chicken into the energy pot, add little quantities of your usual spices and place on your cooker. Bring to boil on high heat, stir and then lower the heat. Cook for your usual duration without opening the lid, then turn off the heat. Once you open the pot, you will see all the meat/chicken stock extracted with the oil. The meat/chicken will taste very good, juicy and tender. The natural (follow-come) energy of your meat/chicken is retained as long as the lid was closed throughout the duration of cooking. This has been my experience since I started using the pot. DAY 3 OF LONGRICH NIGERIA/GHANA/CAMEROON ALL EXPENSES PAID TRIP TO SOUTH AFRICA! We took things easy today. After breakfast, we checked out of our hotel in Cape Town and headed to the airport to fly to Johannesburg. Because we were so much, we had to fly in two batches! We arrived Johannesburg, had lunch at the airport and headed for our 4-Star hotel.
