There are certain things regarding documentations we are asked to do as individuals,usually they really are either necessary or unecessary and some do not have legal backings if not followed procedurally.
Issues that has to do with us filling forms with respect to leases,sales, contracts,transactions,agreements, engagements,employment,services etc requiring funds,identity&personal information details from individuals for purposes of clarity in the future.
We begin with LEASES of all kinds.
This is broad involving person's that wish to either rent a House or a shop for purposes of Residing&Buisness.
Accomodations could either be for living in or trading.it is important for both the Tenant and the Landlord to meet one on one,face to face,as well as through their authorized Lawyers.
It is therefore important that you as an individual engages the services of a lawyer. Lawyers are not only approached when you have civil or criminal matters but matters that has to do with services of any kind or contracts of any sort because an agreement must be reached any which way written in black & white.
Otherwise your ignorance will cost you terrible & terrifying losses.
Employing a staff,Renting a house or a shop,taking a loan or rendering any kind of service,you Must know the rules of engagement,agree with This is because the parties involved in this kind of contract must accept & agree with the terms,location,rents& other service fees we can refer to as tenament rates that are binding the tenant&Landlord in a lease contract.
The important Information needed is you know how much is your rent either Monthly bi Annually or Yearly,
you know what your one time agency fee is .
you know all liabilities,duties & responsibilities of both parties. both parties also know the consequences of not adhering to the terms of agreement regarding basic amenities like water 💦 electricity waste hygiene, drainages,sewage evacuation,renewal, increament and alterations etc
you do not forget to collect your receipt and tenancy agreement before you move in after agreeing to all terms&conditions applicable to it.
This Is Very Crucial.
If this isn't properly decided upon & put in clear writing on the agreement there will certainly be fracas & this is usually not good at all.Some of the clients that I engage with as well as myself in previous times because of compassion,sentiments,emotions & sympathy as well as empathy have been victims of just taking landlords by the word of mouth without setting facts rightly in a document.

My condolences to Papa & Mama Enoch .A. Adeboye and their Entire Family.Its so sad to hear this news but it's also so joyful knowing that Pastor.E.Dare Adeboye Junior was in God's service before he passed.May the Lord Our God grant his entire & immediate family the fortitude to bear the loss.
Am making this post on behalf of like minds&passion who believ in our God Almighty&are loyal to only Him alone Yeshua Hamachia no matter what circumstances they find themselves in this world.God isn't any respecter of anyone&He allows all that happens gud or bad not because He is weak or no.more who He is but becos Nothing exist outside of Him.We are all In a race.The decision to be on whatever side of the routes is&still a choice we have been given to make voluntarily not cohesively.Havn made he choice independently we are just to remain truthfully submissive to the dictates including the benefits&pains that comes with it.Truth is the route I chose is so pure clear specific open& gracious one¬hing can separate me from the love of Christ.Everyone who claims to know God but has not accepted that statement truly doesn't know what it means to accept Christ for if you truly did no matter the trials & temptations we go through in life it never causes us to separate from our God.Only the fish that stays in water appreciates the fact that no matr how strong or edible it is the water its the source of it's existence firstly and it is consequent upon this knowledge that it's adaptation to water isn't one to be negotiated.Same thing goes to every Believer or Clergy it matters not what rank we find ourselves.Being believers via Grace does not exempt us from all the certain temptations&trials wether we speak with God or not..for we can pray for healing,salvation,deliverance breakthrough,peace protection for all others but sometimes getting same results in our own challenges isn't a reality&no matter what,we are to keep standing strong in God.
Satan our adversary seeks daily to devour God's own with an ultimate aim to make sure we miss Heaven.
For everyone expressing their sincere condolences God will reward us all& to those who are asking&assuming foolish questions including cursing,it is my prayers for them to realise like the fish that so long as they are still on planet Earth time&chance always happens to everyone&it's not totally negotiable with God nor do they have Monopoly of staying alive when God alone knows why and owns the Earth &everyone of us.Nevr Question God!
