Throwback to my days in camp. Lol

So it was my platoon's man o'war day and I promised myself I'm doing all the routines.

Of all of them, this was the hardest cause it involved flipping yourself on these very unstable shaky ropes and if I can recall correctly the last I did anything flipping was on my parents bed when I was still maybe in primary or junior sec school.

So you get it when I say "thank God the security measures put in place for these routines and particularly the personnels in position for imperfect flips like mine!" Cause if not I'd land flat on my bum and that won't be nice at all 😂

Was just screaming "Jesus" and calling on my mum while I landed 😂 strong girl in the mud 😂

Buh this's what real estates does for you too, holding you up like these personnels and giving you a safe landing in times of some flips, inflations and financial falls...

10-15 years ago, most parts of Ibusa-Asaba was just another 20-25minites from ASAba town, places like okpanam and co were all just bushes...

Fast forward till today, Ibusa is the rush of the town while okpanam and iselle-Asagba are fast becoming only for the wealthy people...

Just recently, Aguawka, Aguaba and co just five years ago was just another lonely locatuins but today you can't get a plot for less than 15million and 10m respectively in these locations

Guess what, same thing is replicating in places like Mgbakwu, Ebenebe ,Amanuke and co where with as affordable as 1.5m to 5m you can get properties in your name. Same as in Ibusa, Otulu, ogwashi and co

If it has good documentation and you have the money at the moment, BUY. Even if you don't have the complete payment, make a commitment and work towards completely it

I honestly do not take so much time to explain things like this but I feel I should help you not to miss out on something big. Plus, I always feel really impressed when young women dare to make investments in real estate".

My last Sunday in camp

Went to church to thank God for a successful 3weeks stay and what seemed like a mini prison 😂 I danced my heart out.

Buh at same time was thinking of the long journey ahead,
Truth is we underestimate the blessing of going out and getting back in one piece

Today I'm reminded of God's unwavering commitment to keeping his own safe and protected
