Based on the Recent review carried out by the management team of FairSavers Nigeria as per the *Vision & Purpose* to which the Company was set up. The management had arrived at the following conclusions which must be strictly adhere to:

1. (a) The Company do not offer *loans* in any form to customers.
(b) The Company *Aim is to encourage individuals to save/invest towards a goal and get paid with Interest rather than borrowing from their future (Loans)*

2. (a)(I)All Daily Deposits via our *Daily Contribution Card* must not exceed the sum of *N15,000.00 monthly* and such will no longer attract *interest pay*

(a)(ii)All Daily Deposits via our *Daily Contribution Card* that exceeds the sum of *N15,000.00* but not more than the sum of *N30,000* will attract an *interest pay* of 8.4% after 60 days.

(b) Should a customer tends to pay above *N15,000.00 Monthly* he/she must notify the management and extend his/her Saving period to 3 months minimum, which will attract an interest pay of 8.4-25% as the case maybe.

(c) Daily Savers *(Those saving for 30 days without interest)* can now withdraw money at any given time (Office Working Hours only) with a minimum balance of of the initial Start up amount.

(d) (i)Customers will be able to do transfers from their *FairSavers eWallet Account online* to other Personal Accounts with other Banks at the rate N30.00 per Transaction. (effect as from
30th, 2020.

(I) *Daily Savers* can now do transfers from their FairSavers Account to personal or other accounts at the rate of N30.00 by *calling/writing the office via WhatsApp or SMS on 07069119861*, Stating the recipient's account details.

(e) Customers Investing for a certain period of time Cannot do a withdrawal of his/her Capital until the Investment period elapses.

(3). *Formation of Group Savings* for one month with FairSavers will not attract interest pay to the group. The exact amount will only be paid out unless the group exceeds one month which will attract 8.4% interest pay to the group.

(4.) Customers can save towards a project (Rent, purchases, Bills, Fees, etc) and get paid with interest from 8.4% - 25% depending on the saving period.

*All customers & Staff are expected to adhere strictly to these guidelines so as to serve you better.*

Should the Company *failed to make disbursement* of fund to a customer at *a stipulated date* due to *unforeseen circumstances;* This does not in anyway explains the Company had *defrauded the Customer*. A dialogue will be called upon should there be such a situation.
