The death has occurred of Mal Ibrahim Alh. Shuaibu, an Executive Officer with Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology.

He died as a result of accident on his way to the Office on Wednesday.

He has been buried according to Islamic rites.

May Allah forgive and admit him to Janna.

The attention of the Management of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi has been drawn to the effect that some fraudsters have created a Facebook Account carrying the Name and Pictures of the Rector, Alh. Sani Usman.
For the avoidance of doubts, the Rector's genuine personal Facebook Account name is "Usman Sani" not Sani Usman or Alh Sani Usman as the scammers created. Therefore, the said account is not of and didn't emanate from Alh. Sani Usman.
Unsuspecting people of goodwill should note that his genuine account on Facebook is personal, and the Rector, armed with almost two decades of administrative experience would not throw responsibility to the dustbin, by using his personal account for official undertakings.
In light of the above, the general public is by this disclaimer advised to disregard any information therefrom, as doing that will be at the concerned person's (s') risk.

Dr. Inuwa Abdu Elected Dean SBS

Sequel to the death of Dr. Halilu Babaji, Dean School of Business Studies. The Management of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi in compliance with the Polytechnics Act 2019 as amended had on Thursday conducted election for the office of the Dean.

*Dr. Inuwa Abdu Ibrahim* of Public Administration Department was returned elected as the new Dean, School of Business Studies.

Receiving the report of the electoral Committee, the Acting Rector, Dr Dalhatu Sa'id Abubakar, congratulated the new Dean and urged him to give his wealth of experience for the growth and Development of the Polytechnic.

Mal. Bilya M. Tirka, Chief Clerical Officer with Mass Communication Department and Mal. Idris Sulaiman (Mai'anguwa), Principal Executive Officer, Forestry Technology Department of the Polytechnic of are no more.

They died on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th April, 2023 after battling with protracted illnesses.

May Allah forgive their shortcomings , overlook their mistakes and admit them to Janna.
