We are currently recruiting eligible candidates for a Sales Partner (HMIS Division), whose roles are summarized as follows:

- Prospect and onboard hospitals and other health outfits, in procuring our Hospital Management Software

- Build strategic alliances with hospitals, medial practitioners and key institutions/stakeholders in the health sector, for business referrals.

- Conduct or coordinate a product demo to the prospective clients

- Be a service touch point, towards improving client experience

REQUIREMENTS

- Basic selling and networking skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Having a medical background is a plus
- Must be internet savvy
- Must have access to an internet enabled Laptop, for conducting product demo

REMUNERATION

This role is freelance-based, and attracts a 20% commission for each successful on-boarding.

INTRODUCING SOLLUZE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

We wish to inform you about our newly deployed Hospital Management Software. Just in case it's needed at your place of work or you know a hospital that needs it. Either way, you will be paid a 20% COMMISSION for every successful referral.

The essence of the software is to eliminate or reduce paperwork in hospitals, improve speed and efficiency, and seamlessly curate data and actionable insights in realtime, through process automation.

Below are the details of the new Hospital Management Portal:

It has different dashboards for the following personnels:

- The MD
- Other doctors
- Nurses
- Lab Scientist
- Pharmacy Technician
- Receptionist/Cashier

The key modules include:

- Patient Record Management : with this, a patient's record can be retrieved within 3 seconds using card number or phone number.

- Automation of the general consultation workflow , starting from patient record retrieval -> vital signs capture -> consultation -> Lab Test -> Diagnosis -> Prescription -> Billing

- Automation of Antenatal Care Workflow : This is robust because it speeds up the process of Antenatal Care registration, Antenatal examinations (with regular reminders to the clients, via or email, so they don't miss their Antenatal examinations, vaccinations and Other scheduled treatments)

- Family Planning Module : This is also automated and records of the consultation can be called up anyday.

- Male/Female Fertility Assessment - This too is automated, and the records can be called up anytime.

- Automatic Billing, Invoicing, and Tracking of Financial Records - with this module, you can rest assured that there won't be any income leakage in your hospital anymore. The software automatically bills the patient for the income earning services you offer on the go. The final bill is, however, subject to your review or amendment. So it makes the work easier for your billing department, and you can track all incomes and expenses on the go.

- HMO Tarrif Management : Clients who are subscribed to a HMO can be charged according
to their respective HMO tarrif. And you can add as many HMO partners as you want.

- MD's Dashboard : This is where all records and activities of the hospital can be monitored easily. It provides insights in how the hospital is faring financially and in many other aspects. It also has a tool for communicating with staff and patients, either through email or SMS.
