Role: Operations Lead
Location: Lagos
Background: Real Estate, PropTech
Salary: ₦400,000
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet company objectives in the proptech industry.
-Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, ensuring they meet their goals and uphold company standards.
-Continuously assess and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.
-Manage and optimize the budget for operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
-Ensure that all operations meet legal and regulatory standards and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in the proptech or real estate technology industry.
-Strong leadership and management experience, including team development and performance management.
-Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals.
-Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
