We want to use this medium to welcome our fellow students Back on Campus. We wish all students safe journey as they depart their various societies of residence.

Africa is not poor, our Lands are not poor, our rivers are not poor, the rain is not poor, our resources are not poor, the weather is not poor, our colour is not poor, our blood is not poor. But when the mind is poor it affects every other things. When the mind of a leader is poor, there is still a solution, he only needs to be surrounded by poweful rich-minded advisers, high thinkers, solution givers, wonderful change makers, strong policy makers. Not only old experienced ones, but new idea creators, our leaders need the youth not only the old advisors, because, the world is changing and improving in everything, it is becoming a digital and smart world both in leadership, innovations, science and technology, Engineering, diplomacy and Governance.

Thus, our mind, body soul and spirit and every part of our nervous system, including every thing we do must be smart and progressive in each activities we embark on to equalize and catch up with God given time. Not dormant, old fashioned and static, as if we are rather growing back to the stone ages, instead of improving forwards..after many long years of independence. What is the importance of indepence when you dont grow but still depending??🤔🤔

Leadership comes from the mind, reference to king Solomon when he asked God for Wisdom which later attracted many from all over the world, including Queen of Sheeba to travel and see who that Man is, where does he come from? Whose child is he? What is his secret? Many questions of him led them marvelled and it was mind-blowing and spectacular .. as we all read. Every Youth wants to travel to the united states, can you tell me why? Because we are slaves in our own country and the youth think enough is enough....Yes dubai is doing same thing, they have no natural resources, only using TOURISM to transform their empty desert into a Smart city, a heaven on earth. Which is making whoever visits dubai astonished and perplexed, why can't we Africa? We can do it, forget about whatever went wrong, no need to aportion blames, lets arise, and come together, start implementing the solutions, support our leaders, support our new youth envoy, support the African Union.

Support each other. Let us care for each other, we are all one, same blood colour, from same creator. Being an African does not make us less humans or or an animal.. we go to the same top schools with the white, our African International students and youth are making high outstanding, and distinguished achievements all over the world. Kofi Annan rises to the top of Affairs of the World, he was a black colour person. What about the black Americans making it? What about Michelle obama, Oprah Winfrey, Micheal Jackson, Tyler Perry among others? Are they less humans? is just because they find themselves favoured in a good environment, the progressive and working system enabled and gave them the needed push and opportunity to Excel in any little thing they want to do. African youth have not got that kind of progressive environment, but if you ask me, i will tell you even in our valley of shaddows here, we are making miracles and wonders in the world from lower to higher international platforms, it is not because we have had good education, but it is because we are our own motivations, because we know the continent we come from, and would not want our lives to be the same, we are proud to be born black, and proud of the continent we come from, that is our root, the humble Wakanda God gave our ancestors which they have extended into our custody to develop, improve it and extend it into the hands of those the young generations. We cannot fail them, yet we are not less humans. We can and must make africa a beautiful continent and proud.

come-on, we cant brother and Sisters??!! It is just the mindsets.

Reason why AUYA Leadership is here calling, uniting, raising, traning, empowering and assembling all the brainy youth, scholars, erudites, ideas creators and high thinkers to come let's dialogue on how we can "FIRST SUPPORT" our leaders, those in power and in charge of Africa's affairs, as we equally prepare and equipe ourselves well also, towards the future Leadership of Africa.

Yes not everyone among the AUYA Trainers could be presidents or be in higher positions and political offices tomorrow, but we believe everyone has a unique role to play in term of bringing ideas toguether to raise and train the future leaders of Africa's tomorrow.

Remember..(THOSE WHO CROWN KINGS DON'T LOOK LIKE KINGS)

AUYA Leadership is not here to fight to replace any leader in Africa, or to become one, unless it is a personal destiny call of someone among us whom God himself has already prepared fortunately before joining us. We are here to provide solutions and pratical ideas towards Africa's development. It is time not to hide the bitter truth nor hiding behind brown envelopes to keep mute on Africa's development. Everybody is welcome to join and provide ideas to us, 2 heads are better than one, we need high thinkers, policy makers, Idea creators, think thanks, brain banks, both young and old

We won't cry, our tears will not drop when African name is mentioned, no matter what anybody say or do, we shall be our own motivation until we arrive there. Even if our time elapsed here on earth, our Sons and Daughters will continue what AUYA has already began.
