Toheeb Adeniyi and Ibrahim Adebayo goals was enough to make the Baby Fencers champions.

The kids could have gotten more goals but were quiet unlucky and would look to make that correction in their next program. With lots of emphasis laid on the attack in recent time, they have stepped up their game to begin the real business.

Ridwan Adedeji found him scoring boot he went on a competitive two match goal drought. He broke the deadlock in 14th minute after so many efforts. Samad Atolagbe set him up for the second goal and made it three 1 minute into second half.

Kingsley Akanmu and Fawas Olokodana missed the game deu to injury.

Fadilu makes surprise impact after replacing Toheeb Adeniyi in 40 minutes of the game.

Ridwan Adedeji score the fastest goal ever in the history of the academy in all categories as Joseph Akinribe set him up in the 57th seconds. The Gladness Kids gave some interesting displays of talent. However, the young lads has a lot to get back in shape ahead of a big tournament coming up.

Toheeb Adeniyi and Demilade Adebayo were as usual menace in the defense and Samad Rasheed stepped up his game with impressive display in the midfield too.

Kingsley Akanmu and Semilore Adejumo are absent and hope to have them back next week.

Not how we wanted but, it happened. We take a bow at the quarter finals of the TAIWO ADEKUNLE U14 FOOTBALL COMPETITION 2024 with the penalty shootout ending Alifem Football Club 5-4 Eureka Academy.

The kids qualified into the Q-final of the TAIWO ADEKUNLE U14 FOOTBALL COMPETITION. Like we said, tough nut to crack and yes it was.

The first half was stalemate with no goal. The Baby Fencers missed quite a number of goals.

El Fenomino grew in the second half with big determination and steal the show with 2 goals to non. The kids have the chance to reduce the deficit but, Ibrahim Adebayo strike went over the bar.

The Baby Fencers will be playing in the Q-final tomorrow against another strong opponent.

Great to see the squad improving day by day and seeing them ready to compete.

First competitive match of the year for the U13 kids in an U14 tournament. First win.

Rain of GOALS - as the Baby Fencers gets the right to glad. Ridwan Adedeji continues his good run of leadership with a hat trick 🪄 while Kareem Adewale also gets is own hat trick. He's now from assisting to goal scorer.

It was a collective team effort as the Baby Fencers tortured their opponent, after the careless comment from their coach, concerning the semi-final win. Saying the 2:0 win is a fluke.

Playing two crusial matches in a day is not for every team but, The Baby Fencers.

What a great day for the lads as the kids quickly put 2 pass Jet FC 9ja within 7 mins of the game in the semi.

The final was up against a team have been calling us for a friendly. They have been saying the kids performance in the Ibadan South West U13 League is a fluke. Aldrich FC had to bow for the kids with 5 goals to nil.

It was indeed a beautiful journey for the kids and experience from the beginning of the tournament till the end.

YOUR NAME-

Who wants to take someone using Shmurda Kizz, Pablo Frosh, Yung Baller, Yung Frosh, Baller Boy, Whiz Kid and many other names like that seriously? You will be seen and taken as a joke.

Your name represents your kind of person. As a result, you need to look as formal as possible. You are a footballer not a musician or an actor into showbiz. Football is life to some people. So, it is a serious sport.

No club or academy will see it fit to give you the attention you are seeking.

YOUR PROFILE PICTURE -

Your picture after your name is the next thing that pops up. When you use the profile picture of a football star, an item, a location, a white guy or lady (which depicts high probability that you are into cybercrime) you will not be taken seriously.

People want to identify who they are chatting with and know how serious they are. In so doing, they need you on your profile picture to give them a clear picture of what you are promoting yourself as.

If you are an aspiring footballer, your profile picture has to carry you in training, or with a ball and a jersey or something to give it away that you actively play football. People are investing in the game and they definitely don't want to invest in someone who looks distracted or carried away by social vices and all.

Club Sport Ibadan and Eureka Academy player won the third place in the just concluded National School Football Championship with his school from Ogun State at Abuja.

His representation shows the club/academy tries to push our kids either male or female with the very same force and passion.

He will be with Adewale Sports Club as the team prepares for the new IFC League season.

Alaba Adeyemi is arguably one of the young best striker in the country. This prompt Adewale Sports Club to ask him to join the main team from our U15/U16 set-up.

✍️How does our first attempt in the IBADAN SOUTH WEST U13 LEAGUE look like?

We met ourselves at the position we did not plan for. The team finished 3rd. We are 7 position ahead of our target which is 10th.

This team is a month old before the commencement of the league except Ridwan Adedeji and Kareem Adewale that have been with the team from U7 and U9 respectively and Kingsley Akanmu that join the some years ago.

Preparation for the next season starts now and we are looking to build on this so good season.

On our first season, they write us off. They think we are an easy point. But, when we started taking the maximum points from the big guns, they know we are not a pushover. We only lost to the league winner and the first runner-up. While the team that came 8th on the log, which is also one of the favourites upseted us on the final day will a goal to non.

Our first year result proved that, proper development helps the kids a lot considering the factors. We will make you proud next season.
