ÍTÈFÁ (IFA INITIATION)
Ifa initiation know as itefa simply mean the the three days ceremony of spiritual fortifications in which the initiate received the sacred kin ifa (the sacred palm nut of orunmila). Normally initiation to ifa is usually preceded by isefa (isefa is the preliminary consecration of Hand of Of Ifa that someone can firstly receive if he or she has not capable of making full initiation ITEFA.. This isefa preliminary stage is what makes genuine initiation to be difficult to be conducted in some countries in diaspora where the preist can not go straight to the palm trees bearing Ikin nut to collect the Ikin in name of the proposed person to be initiated) it is after isefa that the proper itefa ceremony can then be started. The initial to ifa is of various types and cartigories. Any body in this word can be initiated to ifa provided the person is of sound mind.
There is no age or gender discrimination in IF initiation but with the caveat that women can only be initiated into Elegan cartigories of initiation in which during her initiation she will be prevented from having eye to eye contact with Odu (Odu has reveal by different odu ifa Odu is a mythical wife of orunmila) odu in modern day is represented in form of sacred calabash use during initiation of Awo olodu which is different from Elegan initiation but women can not aspire beyond Elegan stage, because aspiring further and see eye to eye with odu can turn them masculine in terms of characters and destiny
e.g such as refusing to marry, become infertile and lose some of their feminine trait wich is beneficial to them. So Elegan ifa initiation is cartigories of initiation that is meant for women. It must be stated here it not everyone that is initiated is a competent diviner. We have Awo olodu, babalawo, iyanifa, iyalase, agbamate. Now I will explain each in turn :the Awo olodu are babalawo (in most cases elderly preists) who is verse in practicing of If spirituality they are usually the Supreme body

The birds, emissaries of OGUN refers to the herbalist's understanding of and power over these malevolent people. There are typically sixteen birds, invoking the most sacred number of divination, surrounding and confronting the central bird, which represents the smallpox god, and give give it more power that is why I talk here that when people try many way for thing and still the same they run to osain for helps ,
Do matter any kind of the issue or the problem osain can speak it out and the solution to it immediately,
And for the most powerful of osain be they give it some oriki which is —-

Orisha Ogun contributed many positive things and he is one of the great orisha not to be forgotten.
In all his incarnations, Ogun is a fiery and martial spirit. He is worshipped in different places.
When the Orisha first came to earth, they were unable to pass through the dense thicket until Ogun opened the way using his trademark machete.
For this rea*on, he is often invoked to clear the way or remove obstacles to physical, emotional or spiritual development.
I pray for Your emotional, physical, and spiritual protection over my grand Rising Kings and Queens this month and beyond, Keep evil far from them, and help them to trust You as their refuge and strength.
I pray You will guard their minds from harmful instruction, and grant them discernment to recognize truth.
You will make them strong and courageous in the presence of danger, recognizing that You have overcome and will set right all injustice and wrong one day.
Help them to find rest in Your shadow, as they live in the spiritual shelter You provide for them.
Happy New Week

This actually use to happen when someone consult ifa and the odu ifa that came out talk about building a house for someone in heaven, it look like during the (ifa initiation no this is not ifa initiation) this happen when the odu ifa that came out talk about building a house for someone it maybe a dead person from your family or your closer person in need a house in heaven, what is happen in heaven none body know only the spirit know everything, expecially ORUNMILA which is ARAE RI ORUN, ORUNIMLA use to know what is happen in life and heaven that is why they name it ARAYE RI ORUN, some of the dead person was in heaven and have none where to sleeping and they working around and some don’t have cloth to cover their body and when someone consult it use to came out sometime, and this was talking about ODU IRETE OFUN and ifa says this dead person going to build a house for the owner of this odu if the person build a house for this dead too, and way to building house for a dead person is different to way to build house in life, ifa talk in IRETE OFUN that this person want to build house but there his person in heaven thag don’t have where to live in heaven and this owner of this odu should go and erect four corners logs and build a thatched roof with MARIWO OPE/palm tree leaf on it ,it was use to build this and we do this in spiritual it moved to the person we call his name for the house in heaven so this person can have his place to sleep in heaven and this dead we helping the person back in return of building a big house for the person as a return, after this done the person who has this odu would meet people that would help this person to build the house to his taste anywhere he/she choose ,

Baptism by fire is one of the most important aspects of Ifá Initiation. This is one of the necessary rites to perform before entering the Igbódù.
Ifá initiation has to remind the would-be initiate about the journey it takes before attaining fulfilment of destiny.
Èṣù is the Òrìṣà of cross-roads, dilemmas, hard decisions. He is the Òrìṣà in charge of choices and chances. His colors are black on one side and red on the other side. This symbolizes that you cannot see entire situation and be able to judge or decide perfectly by looking from one side alone.
Initiation rites into Òrìṣà èṣù is gender blind. It does not exclude the females. Getting initiated into Òrìṣà èṣù puts you in a proper position for balanced judgment and good decisions. You will rarely be boxed into a tight corner as a child of Èṣù Odara. "Had I known", will never be a frequent statement with you.
Èṣù is Elédùmarè's foot soldier for a special rea*on.
He is the only Òrìṣà that can relate with both universal forces.
Let's review the meaning of ifa again
WHAT IS IFÁ
Ifa is life, is the story of creation, of all that is animate and inanimate, of all the creatures of this earth and not.
Ifa know means to know the mystery of existence, to know the past, the present and the future of all beings.
Knowing Ifa means knowing the origin of the Orisa, their strength and their qualities.
Knowing Ifa means knowing the origin of ourselves, knowing the divinity that lives in our head and the portion that still dwells in heaven.
What do Ifa teaches?
Ifa is wisdom, Ifa is knowledge.
Ifa is the word of Orunmila, who has learned everything directly from Olodumare (Fate, he/she creator of all things).
Ifa teaches us that, for a person to have a good life on earth, they must align their own destiny, that is to know what they have been chosen before incarnating in this lifetime.
This is done having ITEFA (Ifa initiation) where, through a ritual that lasts several days, you will discover in which Odu Ifa came the person. Each of us in fact born in an Odu Ifa, or vortex of energies that, when combined, shapes our destiny: who we are, what we do, what we should not do, which Orisa are near to us, which Orisa support us, how will be our lives and to which societies we belong to in the sky.
Ifa teaches the ability to shape and improve every aspect of our lives, teaches peace, respect and help people.
Ifa teaches that through divination it is possible to maintain alignment with your own destiny. That's why the importance of frequent divinations, especially for those unfamiliar with their own Odu Ifa birth.
Happy ose ifa

PURPOSE OF IFA READING
IFA reading gives a clear and precise look into the energies that are involved in any given situation and also provides answers and solutions for how to deal with any given circumstance that can occur in the universe. IFA helps repair imperfect Ori and helps the individual stay in alignment with their inner-self, their higher-self, and ultimately their destiny.
Reading Is at the core ot the religion. Virtually
everything we do in the religion revolves around some form of reading. It is through divination that we find out what initiations, cleansings or offerings a person needs. We regularly use divination in our community to day lives to receive guidance and advice from Ifa and the Orishas. In this way we live in alignment with the power of the Orishas, of Olodumare (God) and with our own ori(destiny).
People will come to IFA for divination on a particular matter (such as health, love, work, money, children, protection, etc.) or for a general reading about what energies are currently affecting the person's life.
The purpose of Ifa divination is to help the client align themselves with their destiny (orí) and with the will of the Orishas.
It should be noted that divination in this religion is not
'fortune- telling'. The consultations will often delve into a person's past, present and future, and many questions regarding the client's life will be answered.
Even more importantly, when a person comes to be seen with Ifa, they are learning how they can bring their lives into harmony with themselves as well as with the forces of the world that surrounds them.
It is Ifa and the Orishas who speak and advise as to what is the best path for the visitor to follow in order to better their lives. This can only be accomplished by properly trained Babalawos and gives the whole event a very different meaning and depth.
HAPPY OSE ORISA SANGO TO THE WORLD TODAY 🔥📿🤲🏿🌻🌴🙏.
Who’s An Orisa SHANGO....??
God of justice, social responsibility, thunder...
He is worshiped for attracting the sense of justice and social responsibility. If somebody has problems in court, we can make an offering for Shango to bring peace into such case. Shango is worshiped in order to make us winners in life, especially when we are under intensive attack of our enemies, visible and invisible – under invisible enemies are treated problems, that we have, are aware of and feel them, and of those which we are not aware of, and don’t feel them yet. He helps us to get rid of unnecessary fear.
Sango During his reign, he had two generals: Timi Agbale Olofa-ina who could shoot arrows of fire and Gbonka who was equally powerful. Seeing how powerful these two generals grew, Sango followed Oya’s advice to get rid of them and sent them to govern the border towns. Timi left for Ede but Gbonka stayed back in Oyo to pose further treat and in his quest to destroy them both, Sango sent Gbonka to capture Timi.
Sango who believed that the fight between Timi and Gbonka in Ede was staged asked for a re-match in Oyo and Gbonka defeated Timi. Seeing as he couldn’t finish his two threats at once, Sango ordered that Gbonka should be burnt to ashes. This would be in fear of Gbonka finding out that Sango only wanted him dead. Mysteriously, Gbonka appeared after three days giving Sango ultimatum to vacate the throne.
Sango, angered requested for his Edun-Ara from Oya that has being in the possession of it but found it stained with menstrual blood. He was said to have left the palace to a high rock facing the palace in anger to re-affirm the potency of his thunderbolt and the thunder he created that day was said to have struck the palace and burnt it down to ashes. Heartbroken, he left the town followed by the chiefs and members of his royal cult known as Baba-Mogba persuading him not to leave.
What’s meaning of ebo in orisa lifestyle 📿🌴📿🗣
Ebo is the child of Orunmila. Orunmila created Ebo to this Earth to solve the problems of human beings. People on earth use Ebo not only to solve problems but to alleviate suffering. After the sacrifice (etutu) is made a Babalawo will consult Ifa to ensure that it is carried to the proper place. Ebo will then invite Esu who will then take the etutu to heaven where it will be accepted. In this way it is not only the prayers thatare answered but problems are resolved and suffering alleviated.
It is important that Ebo is prepared correctly otherwise the problem may not be solved. If Ebo is prepared correctly and the instructions of Ifa followed there is no problem Ebo cannot solve.
There is not a certain time period for the power of Ebo to work. In the olden days one used to hide and watch to “see” if the Ebo had been accepted. However, now in modern times this cannot be done. A good babalawo will know how to check after the Ebo has been set to “see” that it has been accepted without “watching.”
Ebo is working with many things in this world. Ebo is working closely with the Iyami and Esu. The entity that Ebo works with depends on what is prescribed by Ifa. For example, Ifa may ask Ebo to work with Obatala or Obaluaye.
There are many different types of Ebo. There is Ebo for Esu, for Ogun, there is Ebo for blessings, money or love. There is also Ebo that will cause problems for an adversary. Ebo works with an individual spirit. There are positive and negative aspects to Ebo.
Ebo has its own time and it is for a practiced babalawo to divine correctly. Some Ebo must be carried in the morning, some in the afternoon and some at midnight. Some Ebo cannot be seen by the eyes. Some times the same Ebo must be made periodically.
Every Ifa priest must make Ebo. Ebo is the most important tool for a babalawo. Any person that worships Orisa or any Irunmole must make Ebo.The only way to overcome lifestorm is ebo

Orisa Oshun.... (Goddess Mother)...??
Oshun, also spelled Osun, an orisha (deity) of the Yoruba people of southwestern Nigeria. Oshun is commonly called the river orisha, or goddess, in the Yoruba religion and is typically associated with water, purity, fertility, love, and sensuality. She is considered one of the most powerful of all orishas, and, like other gods, she possesses human attributes such as vanity, jealousy, and spite.
Several myths exist concerning Oshun and her significance as a Yoruba deity. In most Yoruba stories, Oshun is generally depicted as the protector, saviour, or nurturer of humanity. Oshun has also been described as the maintainer of spiritual balance or mother of sweet things. One myth highlights Oshun as the central figure in the creation of human beings. The Yoruba people believe that the orishas were sent by Olodumare, who is considered the Supreme God, to populate the Earth. Oshun, being one of the original 17 sent to Earth, was the only female deity. The other gods, all male, failed at their attempts to revive and populate the Earth. When they realized they were unable to complete the task given to them by Olodumare, they tried to persuade Oshun to help them. Oshun agreed and brought forth her sweet and powerful waters, bringing life back to Earth and humanity and other species into existence. As that Yoruba myth suggests, humanity would not exist if Oshun, the goddess of life and fertility, had not acted.
Other myths hold that Oshun is one of the wives of Shango, the god of thunder. She is commonly described as the favourite of all orishas by Olodumare, because of her beauty and sensuality. In yet another Yoruba story, Oshun is depicted as the goddess who not only gives life but also takes it. When angered, Oshun may flood Earth or destroy crops by withholding her waters, thereby causing massive droughts. In one myth, Oshun is incensed by her devotees and sends down rain, nearly flooding the world. Yet once she has been appeased,

YOUR SPIRITUALITY IS NOT AN ACT BUT A PROCESS
Spirituality is a series of steps towards improvement, getting it right and engaging with the forces we encounter everyday. One bath may remove all the dirt on your body today, but what about tomorrow? You must do another.... One ritual may give you victory over your enemy today. But what about the enemy you encounter tomorrow? You must do it again.... Oftentimes when I do readings, I am asked “will this ebo solve all my problems.” And I respond “I wish it would but that’s not realistic. It will solve some.”
One should be realistic when engaging in ones spiritual practice as well. It’s not hocus pocus. It’s science. It’s practice. It’s getting it right. It’s effort. It’s work. Its responding to the ebo and flow of energy. It’s checks and balances along the way. So don’t think one bath, one ebo, one ritual or one prayer is going to solve all your problems but bit by bit we eat the head of the rat. Keep up your maintenance rituals. Do your Ose. Work your shrines. Feed your Ori. Do your cleansings. Get readings and do your Ebos. Not one but time to time.
Ase!👏🏿❤️🗽

Who is Orisa Aje ?
In Yoruba culture and spirituality Orisa Aje is known as female offspring of Olokun. Hence Orisa Aje is been refer to as Aje Olokun ,better put in Ifa spiritual parlance Aje Olokun Seni Ade.It is believe in Yoruba spirituality that Orisa Aje is the spiritual energy that is in charge and control of creation and maintenance of wealth. It is deemed to be the spiritual energy and force in charge of trade, commerce, finance and other economic and financial related activities. It is believed that the spiritual energy of Orisa Aje is feminine. As a result of the important of the nature of this Orisa energy. From time immemorial people have always try to create nexus between them and Orisa Aje to be able to live a life free from financial stress. The method to achieve this is through veneration or consecration of Orisa Aje element. Usually this element is usually in term of consecrated cowries, sea shell, gold coins or any form of coins or even paper currency, or any durable items that have been used has symbol for exchange of value at any period of time in the history of human being can be consecrate as symbol of Orisa Aje element.
How doe Orisa Aje Energy Works?
In my years of practice, It have taken me a lot effort to explain what Orisa Aje represent and how it work to people ,ranging from clients, even to most practicing Babalawo and Ifa devotees regardless of age whether Young or Old, some don’t know how this element work, It is not their fault anyway, your age or religion orientation will not tell you what you don’t know, only the knowledge and experience of it will. Most people usually believe Orisa Aje element is all about you seeing free money or currency at your home or getting the money you don’t work for. I am using this medium to tell you that Orisa Aje energy is not Ogun Owo(Money ritual).
Help your financial stable.

Calm down, life is not always soft like fresh bread, even bread at some point becomes hard with time.
Of what use is life without tribulations and challenges? Boring and baseless.
No one can have it all but we all can have peace in one corner of our wall.
A time will come that you will ask yourself and think maybe the whole world problems are down at your feet but believe me, it’s just this time, all you gotta do is to stay focus, work hard and do whatever it takes to change the time.
Ori never forgets us but do you even remember to feed your Ori? When last did you connect with your creator(Eleda/Ori)? Before all other Orisa got to be there, Ori was already there!
Life is a race, once the stick is passed down to you, you will face different kind of obstacles on the way but will you stop racing because of that? No you don’t. Call on your Ori.
Feed your Ori with Etu(guinea fowl), Agbon(coconut), Eku Eda, cat fish, Obi or whatever your Ori requested for.
May our Ori never go astray, Ase!
