Italy's top flight finally has it's winner. Napoli are the side to get the 2022/23 'Scudetto' after a stellar campaign, crowning themselves champion for the third time in the club's history.
After a much-anticipated Serie A title, Napoli have finally been crowned Italian champions, winning the league by a sizeable 16 point gulf. Spalletti's men knew that a draw against Udinese would be enough to get across the line, and they did just that tonight, being pegged back to a 1-1 draw away from home. The Lisbon City Council announced on Thurdday that Cristiano Ronaldo will be given the city's Medal of Honor. Mayor Carlos Moedas said that the Al Nassr striker "defended, promoted and protected" the Portuguese capital's name for everyone.

In a statement, the organisation said that this recognition was put forward by the city's mayor himself Carlos Moedas, who said the Al Nassr striker was a great Lisbon citizen.
Despite being born in Fuchal, Madeira, Moedas mentioned that "Cristiano's story, often considered the best player in the world, is closely linked to Libson", the city where he arrived as a child to join the Sporting Lisbon ranks.

Ronaldo scores brace for Al Nassr
Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 10th Saudi league goal on Tuesday against Al Adalah. Rudi Garcia's side won a penalty for a foul on Abdulelah Al-Amri and the Portugal international took it and gave his team the lead.
Talisca made it two in the 55th minute and the Portuguese star scored the third in the 66th minute. Ronaldo crossed from the right flank, tried his luck from inside the box with a superb shot and the ball ended into the net.
As a result, he has scored the 834th goal of his career and the 11th for Al Nassr in the Saudi league. The match ended 5-0 for Garcia's side as Yahya scored the winner in the 98th minute.
Al Nassr are in second place in the Saudi league on 52 points and are one point behind first place, which is held by Al-Ittihad.

Cristiano Ronaldo was voted the Saudi League's best player of the month in February. In doing so, the Portuguese received his first individual award as an Al Nassr player.
Despite failing to contribute a single goal in Al Nassr's 3-1 win over Al Batin at Mrsool Park, Cristiano Ronaldo received his first individual award at the Saudi League side.
In the run-up to the clash, the Portuguese was named as the best player in the competition for the month of February. His eight goals and two assists earned him the award.
The Portuguese shared this on his Twitter profile: "Happy to win the Roshn Saudi League Player of the Month award for February. Hopefully the first of many! Proud to be part of this team".
The 38-year-old striker is playing a major role in his new team, who are top of the standings with 46 points, followed by closest challengers Al Ittihad on 44. Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo scores stunning first-half hat trick for Al Nassr, creates new records in Saudi Pro League.
Cristiano Ronaldo, on Saturday, netted an incredible first-half hat trick for his side Al Nassr against Damac FC.
After just 18 minutes into the game, Ronaldo gave his team the lead with a goal from the penalty spot after Ibrahim Al Nakhli had been penalised for a handball inside the penalty area.
With a brilliantly executed left-footed drive into the goal, Ronaldo doubled his tally and gave his team a 2-0 lead within the next five minutes.
With this goal, Ronaldo has now scored 153 goals with his weak foot. In his last four games, he has scored seven goals and registered two assists.

Cristiano Ronaldo netted four goals in the Al-Wehda versus Al-Nassr match on Thursday, scoring his first hat-trick in Saudi Arabia and passing 500 career league goals to put Manchester United exit behind him.
Ronaldo’s four goals in the 4-0 defeat over Al-Wehda handed three points to Nassr and took them to the top of the Saudi Pro League.
It was Ronaldo from start to finish as he scored two goals on each side of the half-time break. This took his goals tally in the league to five.

Recall that Ronaldo finally scored his first competitive goal for Al-Nassr against Al-Fateh.
The Portugal captain had joined the Saudi outfit as a free agent after his contract with Man United was terminated by mutual consent last year.
“Certainly, the presence of Ronaldo makes matches more difficult for us as all teams seek to participate against him in the best possible way, and he gives motivation to everyone,” Gustavo said [via RT Arabic].
He added, “His presence at Al-Nassr gives a great advantage to the group because we learn from him every day, given the great capabilities he possesses, both technically and physically.”
