HOW TO COMMAND RESPECT FOR YOURSELF

1...Stop looking for who is not looking for you.
2... Stop begging.
3...Stop saying more than necessary.
4...When people disrespect you, ignore them.
5...Don't eat other people's food more than they eat yours.
6...Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate it.
7...Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.
8... Stop entertaining gossip about other people.
9...Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.
10... Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.
11... Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals
12...Respect your time.
13... Don't stay in a relationship where you don't feel respected and valued. Walk away.
14... Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.
15... Be scarce sometimes.
16...Be a giver more than a receiver.
17...Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited don't overstay your welcome.
18...Treat people exactly the way they deserve.
19... Except they owe you money, two call attempts is enough. If they value you they will call you back.
20...Be good at what you do.

*Farewell Dua For Ramadan*

"Ya Allah this blessed month of Ramadan is now coming to an end, Please help us to remain steadfast in your Deen for our Deen. Grant us the knowledge of Deen to manage our Deen to your satisfaction. Ya Allah, you are truly Merciful, Please forgive us. Choose for us, what is best. Ya Allah (SWT) help us to succeed in this life and the hereafter. Ya Allah, if we have in any way been ungrateful, unjust, dishonest; Please forgive us. Ya Allah, we don't know if we'll be alive next Ramadan, please forgive us. Grant us a place in paradise. Save us from hellfire. Ya Allah, include us in the people who will be put in heaven without accountability. Ya Allah, help us to spread your Deen in the best of ways. Ya Allah, Please let us not be among the backbitters. Ya Allah forgive us if we have been among the arrogant. Ya Allah forgive us and Grant us success. Verily you are most forgiving and the most merciful."

MEN HAVE PAINS TOO.....😢

A woman said to me, 'It took me years to really know that men cry too. I took my husband for a super human. I see him leave the house everyday and come back providing for us. One day as I have left the house and he was at home, I remembered that I needed to take something along, I turned back and headed home. As I got home, I tried going through the back door which was closer to the window of our room. I heard my husband crying like a baby asking God to help me get a job so I can help him fend for the family. He has never complained to me before but that day, I broke down in tears realizing that my husband has held much of his pains alone"

A young married lady went to her mother and complained that her husband has not always bought things she wanted from him. The mother asked her, 'How many of those things have you bought for yourself?". She stayed quiet and said, 'But he is my husband?". The mother replied her, 'Have you ever found out the things your husband wants you to buy for him?".

Men always try to hide their pains.

A woman was invited to preach at women conference and as she was preaching, she asked all the working class women to stand out. They humbly did. And she asked them, 'When you get your salary, how much do you give to your husband as a seed?". Before your money gets to anywhere else, the priest in your life which is your husband should get something from you. Even if he is a rich man, sow seed in his life. Sometimes, we women don't know that our husbands need something from us".

Men can be financially broke and pretend to have everything.

Most men are married but they have lonely life. Sometimes, ask your husband out. Men are not always busy as women think.

You have to understand that your husband has pains and needs too. Don't judge him by things you want from him. Sometimes, your husband doesn't have things you want.

Men also have emotional needs and problems. Men still cry for love😭

THE WOUND OF A FATHER:

A true father goes through many unspeakable experiences to continue to be a father.
When he goes out daily in search of bread for his household, he sustains many mental injuries he does not discuss with his family.
His wife and children may not be able to stand the pains he goes through if he shares it with them.
The insults from his boss, the embarrassment from his customers, the harassment from his superiors, etc. Yet he can't quit.

Most times, when he gets home, he is welcomed with nags and unending requests. He gets blames for not being able to meet up, or for not being able to be like his fellow men.

Hmmmm! He is rarely appreciated for his struggles and push just to keep the family together.

Some men had secretly dipped their hands in so many things they can't discuss with their families. Some have stolen, embezzled and borrowed so much that they live in inexpressible guilts everyday.

A real father can take anything just to keep food on the table for his household.
An adage says ''goat sweats but his hair does not let people see his sweat''. Many men are sweating but no one is seeing their sweat because they have a car, a house, a job, etc.

When it comes to celebrating him, it is done casually.
*He may not have breasts to breastfeed, yet everyone sucks from his unseen breasts.*
*He may not carry pregnancy for nine months, but he's always pregnant with family needs.*
He may not know how labour pain feels, but his pains are not physical.
Tears may not be in his eyes but he bleeds from inside when he has no means to put food on the table for his household.

His shout, hostility and moods are not premeditated, they are fallout of what he goes through. So please understand him.

May God continue to strengthen you *ALL FATHERS* 🙏❤️😇

*_ OUT OF TROUBLE *

*{FROM "INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE'S CRIME PREVENTION UNIT}*.

*It is so EASY TO STAY OUT OF TROUBLE, BUT DIFFICULT to COME OUT OF IT. The following are easy tips to stay out of trouble:*

*1. Do not offer lift to anybody at night for any reason whatsoever. You may be fallen into a trap.*

*2. If you were robbed and any of your property is taken away by the robbers, you should report the incidence within minutes, because if the robbers are caught and your property is found with them, without your report at The Police Station recorded, you will be deemed to be part of the robbers and may be charged and prosecuted as an Accomplice!*

*3. Do not buy used phones or laptops, except you are buying from a known friend and you have ascertained that he was the previous User, as it could be a product of theft, armed robbery or kidnapping, if so and you are arrested, you will be dealing with a case of armed robbery or kidnapping. Also do not buy vehicles from vendors, until you check the registration details at the National Vehicles Registration Database to know the actual owners, or you ascertain that the Customs Papers are genuine, it could be stolen, robbed vehicles or a product of a kidnapping operation.*

*4. Do not leave Credit Alerts on your phone. Delete them immediately, it could make a target of kidnapping in some circumstances or an easy way for fraudstars to empty your account.*

*5. Do not disclose your location online, it could make you an easy targets for assailants.*

*6. Do not give anybody, no matter how close, your phone or sim to make calls or allow people to put their sims in your phone to make calls, instead offer them airtime or your battery. If the person is wanted for a crime, you could be a soft target for the Police to get to the person.*

*7. Do not respond to strange persons, telling you about NNPC Contract, PHCN Contract, or errors in your accounts, they are fraudsters.*

*8. Do not ever stay in the midst of a mob, if any body dies from the mob action and you are apprehended at the scene, you will become a Murder Suspect!*

*9. Always watch your rear through your side or inner mirror while driving to ascertain if you are being trailed, if yes, drive to the nearest Police Station.*

*10. When flagged down by security agencies,, be calm, polite and communicate with them in good English. It helps. If at night put on your inner lights before you approach them, it shows you have nothing to hide.*

*11. Do not allow anybody to use your account or email for a third party transaction and do not transfer money for people indiscriminately, because you could be a soft target for the Police to get to the Person.*

*12. Do not use ATMs at remote places at night, you could be robbed or kidnapped.*
*13. Do not use an ATM Machine that shows Microsoft Error or any other error covering the screen, it may have been programmed by Yahoo Boys to siphon your money.*

*14. Do not give testimonies in church or at an occasion with details of you making money or acquiring priced assets, you may acquire a kidnapping value, the Church is a mixed crowd and venue of an event is not a safe place.*

*15. Keep details of your financial dealings away from your domestic staff and security details.*

*16. If you have Security Details, be careful what you say or do in their presence, they are also with you to spy on you.*

*17. If you worked in a Government Establishment or Multinational, be careful what you relate to your colleagues, Government may have spies in every Government Body and Major Company in Nigeria.*

*18. Be careful what you say on the phone, write on text and social media messages, every conversation is being monitored!*

*19. Always keep your outside light on and the light inside off at home when sleeping. It confuses robbers and other assailants.*

*20. Be careful what you communicate on Messenger, WhatsApp, or phone calls. They could easily be used as evidence against you by the Law Enforcement Agent. If wanted to make a classified communication, do it by WhatsApp calls. It cannot be recorded as it is an encrypted, end to end communication.*

*22. Read documents very well before you sign. You are bound by what you sign. Do not allow any police man, investigating officer or security agent to force you make any statements. Insist on seeing your Lawyer. By the New Law -ACJL, they will oblige you, never make a statement for any reason that will implicate you as you could be on your way to jail.*

*23. Having exotic dogs like Alsatians, Rotweilers, etc, not local dogs easily wades off criminals and alert you on the communication Assailants.*

*24. Always have enough credit on your phone before sleeping, never sleep without airtime on your phone and you must have the Police Control Room Number of your state and call first to be sure, that number can save your life and I tell you it works like magic.*

25. *Effective Use of the Nigeria Police Control Rooms:--*

a. You introduce yourself and explain your situation very briefly, which you must make look like a real emergency!

b.You must create by your call an urgency, that requires a swift and instant intervention of a Police Patrol Team and I assure you the Police will respond immediately, as there are punitive measures against not doing so, especially when something goes wrong.

c. Ensure that you give a vivid description of your address and be patient with the Control Room Operators, ensuring that you follow up on them with subsequent calls!

d. *The following are the Nigeria POLICE CONTROL ROOM NUMBERS in EACH STATE of the FEDERATION:--.*
