Pinnick Sues Davido, Demands N2.3Billion Over Alleged Breach Of Contract

Brownhill Investments Company Limited, the organizers of the yearly 'Warri Again Concert,' has filed a N2.3 billion lawsuit against Nigerian-American superstar singer Davido and his music label, Davido Music Worldwide Limited.

The claimant seeks N2 billion in damages, N150 million in legal fees, N30 million for the cost of filing the suit, and a public apology from Davido on social media and in newspapers.

They allege that Davido breached a contract to perform at their event in October 2023 after being paid a fee of N70 million.

They also demand the return of $94,500 and an injunction preventing Davido from performing in Nigeria until the funds are refunded.
