Last week, we bid a fond farewell to our incredible group of interns who have been an invaluable part of our law firm over the past few weeks. 🌟 Their hard work, dedication, and fresh perspectives have truly enriched our team.

STATUTE OF LIMITATION ON CONTRACTUAL CLAIMS.

By the provision of Section 8 (1) (a) of the Limitation law of Lagos State (2003), a claimant is barred from bringing an action founded on contract before the court once it is over 6 years from when the cause of action accrued. This is reproduced thus:
