ATHLETE THAT HAS VISION GREATER THAN GOLD,WHOSE VISION IS FOR LEGACY,A VICTOR WHO IS INTOXICATED BY VICTORIES AND HAVE GOTTEN A GREAT CONTROLLING DESIRE AND A POWERFUL ASPIRATION TO BE THE "BEST".
In the heart of a small town nestled between rolling hills, there stood a modest football field where dreams were born and legends were made. Among the aspiring athletes who graced its turf was a young boy named Marcus. From a tender age, Marcus possessed an unyielding passion for the beautiful game.
Despite growing up in a community where opportunities were scarce, Marcus never allowed his circumstances to dim his aspirations. With every kick of the ball, he poured his heart and soul into honing his skills, fueled by a deep-seated belief that his talent was a gift from above.
As Marcus matured, he faced his fair share of challenges on and off the field. He encountered setbacks, injuries, and moments of self-doubt that threatened to derail his dreams. Yet, through it all, he remained steadfast in his faith, trusting in God's plan for his life.
One fateful day, Marcus found himself standing on the cusp of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity—the chance to try out for the prestigious national youth team. As he stepped onto the field, nerves gnawed at his stomach, but he drew strength from the words of his favorite scripture: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
With each pass and sprint, Marcus poured his heart into every movement, leaving everything he had on the field. And when the final whistle blew, he felt a sense of peace wash over him, knowing that he had given his all, regardless of the outcome.
Weeks passed, and Marcus received news that he had been selected to represent his country on the international stage. Tears of joy streamed down his face as he realized that his perseverance had paid off. But amidst the celebrations, Marcus remained humbled, recognizing that his journey was a testament to God's grace and providence.
As Marcus donned his country's jersey and stepped onto the pitch, he knew that he was part of something bigger than himself. With every pass, tackle, and goal, he played not for personal glory, but to honor the divine gifts he had been entrusted with.
In the end, Marcus's story became a beacon of inspiration to all who knew him—a reminder that success is not measured by luck or talent alone, but by the unyielding faith and perseverance that propel us forward, guided by the grace of a higher power.God did
WHAT IS THE STANDARD LENGTH OF A MANDATE & CONTRACT WITH A SPORTS AGENT?
As every year, the world of football is faced with two (2) transfer window periods, among others, the winter transfer window which usually lasts (1 month) and the summer transfer window which lasts (3 months).
Here, it is important to understand that a Mandate is different from a Contract and the two do not have the same effects and the same weight legally speaking.
Note that the standard length of a mandate depends on the transfer window and generally it is between (1 and 3 months). With some exceptions, there are those who ask for a mandate of 10 or 15 days, this is one of the exceptions, but logic would dictate that the mandate should have a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days, it all depends on the transfer window.
On the other hand, the length of a contract with a sports agent can vary, but often, it is around 1 to 2 years.
It is also possible to include options to extend the contract automatically if both parties agree.
It is important to read and understand all the terms of the contract before signing, including the comment, and when it can be renewed or terminated.
Generally the contract with a sports agent follows the rhythm of the player's contract with the club that recruits him, if the agent paraphrases a contract of (4 years) with a club for this player, the latter remains his player for these (4 years), but generally it rotates between 1 and 2 years.
The mandate, on the other hand, refers to the duration of the transfer window. So don't confuse the two documents.

When a football player under the age of 18 is sold by a club, the economic rights associated with the transfer are slightly different. Generally, there are regulations in place to protect young players, especially when it comes to international transfers. FIFA's Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players state that the economic rights related to a player under the age of 18 must primarily benefit the player and their development.
These regulations set forth that a portion of the transfer fee should be paid to the player's training club(s) or academy, which played a role in the player's development. This is meant to acknowledge the investment and resources put into nurturing young talent.
However, it's important to note that the specifics of these payments can vary depending on various factors and applicable regulations in different football governing bodies, leagues, or countries. These rules are aimed at protecting young players, addressing concerns regarding exploitation or undue influence in their transfers, and maintaining fairness in the football transfer market.
The economic payment paid to a club for the sale of a football player is known as the transfer fee. It is the amount of money that a buying club must pay to the selling club in order to acquire the registration rights of the player. The transfer fee is usually negotiated between the buying and selling clubs and can vary greatly depending on various factors such as the player's skill, age, market demand, contractual situation, and potential future performance. Transfer fees in professional football can range from a few thousand dollars to several hundred million dollars, with high-profile transfers often attracting significant media attention.
A soccer player's salary or contract amount is determined by various factors, including:
1. Performance: A player's performance on the field has a significant impact on their value in the market. Players who score goals, make assists or have a high number of successful passes in a game are likely to earn higher salaries.
2. Experience: Experienced players who have been in the game for a long time and have a proven track record of success are likely to command higher salaries.
3. Position: The position a player plays also plays a role in determining their contract amount. Players who play in more crucial positions like the midfield or striker position are more likely to command higher salaries than those who play in the defence.
4. Market Value: The current market value of a player also plays a significant role in determining their salary. If there is a high demand for a player from various teams, the player's value will increase, and they are likely to earn higher salaries.
5. Negotiation skills: A player's agent or representative negotiates the contract with the club, and their skills in negotiating can also have an impact on the final salary.
6. Club's financial position: The financial position of the club, including its budget and revenue, can also determine the salary that a player will be offered. Clubs that have more substantial budgets are likely to offer higher salaries to attract top talent.
Soccer player contracts vary depending on the level of competition and league. However, there are several key components that are typically included in a soccer player contract:
1. Compensation: This includes base salary, bonuses, and any other incentives that may be offered such as performance-related bonuses.
2. Length of contract: This specifies the duration of the contract, typically ranging from one to five years, but can vary depending on the league and team.
3. Obligations of the player: This outlines the duties and responsibilities of the player during the contract period, including training, performance, and conduct on and off the field.
4. Obligations of the team: This outlines the duties and responsibilities of the team towards the player such as providing necessary facilities, equipment, and support staff.
5. Termination: This outlines the conditions under which the contract can be terminated, such as poor performance or breach of contract.
6. Image rights: This specifies how the player's image can be used for promotional purposes and how they will be compensated for such use.
7. Medical and insurance provisions: This outlines the medical and insurance coverage provided by the team during the contract period.
8. Release clauses: This is a provision that allows the player to leave the team under certain conditions, such as a transfer offer from another team.
9. Dispute resolution: This outlines the procedure to resolve any disputes that may arise during the contract period.
10. Confidentiality: This stipulates that any information shared between the player and team during the contract period is to be kept confidential.

HOW CAN YOU CHANGE FROM AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL BY USING ONE SIMPLE TRICK ?!
If you have come to this portal, you probably dream of becoming a professional footballer in the future.
You are looking for a way that will help you overcome a number of difficulties that you encounter on your way and you dream about transforming from a talented amateur into a man who will earn a living playing football.
Today we have a tip for you that will not do the job for you, but if you work consistently, it will lead you to your desired goal!
Well, the whole secret is that you should develop the habits of a professional footballer from now on and start acting today as if you were already a professional!
When you can truly believe it and work on it
the habits the habits of a professional I assure you that sooner or later you will become one!
Below, we present you the activities that you must constantly repeat every day until they become your habits!
The process of developing the habit will take about a month.
1) MAKE FOOTBALL ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS IN YOUR HIERARCHY
It's not uncommon for soccer players to have talent and want to be professional soccer players, but their deeds don't follow it as they usually put other things first, such as partying with friends, laziness instead of training, eating Fast Food instead of eating healthy, wasting time on social media, instead of taking the time to add another training or match video to FootballTalentsTube . com to promote yourself.
If you have made up your mind and want to be successful, soccer must always come first, along with health and family
2 ) CLUB TRAINING, INDIVIDUAL TRAINING AND MATCH!
If you start the transformation process and want to act like a pro, each of your weeks must contain all 3 elements.
- Training at the club
- Individual training
- League match every weekend
Regardless of whether you are in a famous football academy or in an amateur team, if you want to reach the top, make a habit of daily individual training because there is always something that can be called your weak point and a great asset and if you focus on improving these aspects in individual training, you will do definitely more progress and you have the chance to reach an amazing level.
A perfect example that it works is Cristiano Ronaldo who has always played in very professional teams at the highest level, but has not given up individual training until now.
Moreover, no matter how much talent you have to develop, you have to play a weekly match.
So don't wait for offers from professional leagues and if you are not currently in any big leagues, join a team from even the low leagues as soon as possible to be able to play weekly and grow!
3) TAKE CARE OF RIGHT DIET
More and more often it is heard that the diet that is right for a footballer is the key element in getting in good shape.
Robert Lewandowski says that he o wes a lot to the diet his wife created for him.
Probably thanks to this, despite the fact that Lewy is already 32 years old, for many years he is able to play without injuries at the highest level.
4) ALWAYS BE 100 PERCENT CONCENTRATED
An important difference between amateurs and professionals is the approach to training and matches!
Professional players always approach each training and match with maximum concentration and commitment, so that everything is done as well as possible.
No matter what kind of exercises are in training or what match they are playing.
Remember about 100 percent commitment.
Amateurs usually approach training and matches relaxed.
However, if your goal is to be a professional, take care of your full concentration.
5) TAKE CARE OF THE RIGHT INTENSITY OF TRAININGS IN ORDER TO SHOW A HUNDRED PERCENTAGE OF SKILLS ALREADY UNDER THE PRESSURE OF THE OPPONENT
Many times the player is great at training and amateur matches, but later during matches at a professional level, he does not do so well, because the pressure does not allow him to show his full skills!
An important element is putting time pressure on yourself during training and trying to do everything as you would during championship matches!
All this so that it did not turn out that the intensity of training did not prepare the player for the match reality.
6) MAKE A HABIT TO NEVER GIVE UP!
The path from amateur play to professional contracts and the possibility of playing at the highest level is usually very long and you will have to learn to deal with failures!
Do you think that it is enough to add a few videos of matches and a few training videos to the portal and someone will discover you right away?
If you think so, you are wrong because it is a process that requires consistent hard work and you shouldn't give up after a few videos added as you never know which movie will give you a chance and the club or agency will you an offer contract.
The same applies to tests or even attempts to improve skills in some aspect!
Learn to pursue your goal and never give up!
If you want to develop this habit, it must become your habit now in every element of your life, not only during training sessions, matches, etc.
Make non-giving up become part of your character!
If you've read this article to the end but haven't taken action as it says here, you'll probably always wish you had even tried because you never know where you might end up using these tips in a few years!
Do you appreciate what we do for you and what opportunities does the portal give you?

Question: Nigerian
Professional player Returnee.
Why is it that trials abroad is so difficult to pass in western Europe? At times 3/4days, they call your agent that the player should go back home.
2. Do you advise professional players abroad currently back home in Nigeria without club to play NPFL?
Answer: passing a football trial abroad especially in the western Europe can be difficult!
Mostly they judge on 2 factors:
1. Social integrations and discipline.
2. Technical capability.
The social integration is an important factor which can also be waived when you are exceedingly fantastic technically but when you are below average/ average player, it could be a vital factor to be considered.
In simple terms: social integrations are :
Do you keep to time? When a driver is asked to pick you for training at 2.15pm at the Hotel lobby and you came out 2.56pm, it's a negative factor against you already.( set up alarm so you make up. 2pm at the lobby)
B: How friendly are you in the
dressing room? Did you exchange complimentaries with some players or just moody?
(Be friendly on the first days by saying Hi to nearest people around you.)
C, Did you shout/ fight a teammate because of a hard tackle?
(Never do that even u received a hard knock, just walk away)
D: If you used the telephone in the hotels to call your home country to the tune of Hundred of dollars within few days of your arrivals that's not cool. ( resist the temptation to do that, ask your local agent to get you a call card, don't embarrass yourself)
E. On a dinner outing with team mates after a trial match, your table manners matter a lot, talking loud on the phone, constant ringing of your phone during meals with teammates is wrong.( put off your phone during team talk or meals)
F. Asking the driver who picks you everyday for training for money or some things is wrong.
( never do that its ridiculous)
G. Lousy talks and not watching how people do things etc. These are factors to be looked out for. Behave and be friendly so that your technical capacity will be the only factor to judge you.
H. Be respectful to other workers within the club. Dont shout at the curators, cathering officers etc
Technical reasons; this is mainly your capacity as a football player. How good you are and how you play as a team player .
Check out fast the pace and the culture of the team so you can adapt.
Example in England football is pacy and very fast , so you must think fast and go at the same rhythm. Collective play is important. Do they press when they loose balls? If yes do the same don't wait to be told. As an average good player, you will catch up fast because the rest will be taught to you after signing the contracts.
Tactically you must be sound, when you loose the ball you must equally play so the coach will see taking you will not give him headaches to teach you rudiments of tactical play.
Being off contract/ NPFL offers!
You must consider two factors if you are a career passionate football player or a business player to consider if you play in NPFL or not after staying out of contract in Europe.
A passionate player play to be fit, active and to improve and move up in his career while business players do so just for money. If you are on transfer market records, it's good to continue playing so that globally you will be seen active and it's easier for European team to come calling again. If you stopped playing for a year , it might be difficult getting a trial again in Europe, imagine staying two seasons at home without playing! Your transfer markets records will read " retired". Don't always check for immediate financial gains and loose the career. You must keep on playing so you can be active. Most don't know about this , please keep on playing even with NNL side.
