FOUNDATION OF IMMORALITY (LYING).
Cont..............................No matter how far a stone is thrown it must surely fall to the ground"
Whatever committed in dark must come out when the light shine... a life of truth is a life of dignity.
No matter how you try to lie about something, truth will come out one day and you will be put to shame.
Surah Az-Zumar, Verse 60:
And on the day of resurrection you shall see those who lied against Allah; their faces shall be blackened. Is there not in hell an abode for the proud?
Sahih al-Bukhari 6057
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever does not give up false statements (i.e. telling lies), and evil deeds, and speaking bad words to others, Allah is not in need of his (fasting) leaving his food and drink."
Sheakh Sayyid Abdul Husayn wrote ;
"Undoubtedly, lying is the worst of sins. It is obvious that the evils of lying are more dreadful than those of adultery. Some false words lead to war between two tribes or two sections of society. Some lies blight the honour of thousands of people or endanger their lives, or lead to economic disasters".
Oft due to lying innosent people are sent to gallows and their families destroyed. It is for this reason that traditions state "Lying is an evil, greater than drinking wine" unquote
"Truth never damages a cause that is just" Mahatma Gandhi
There is this general saying that truth shall set you free. No matter the situation you find yourself, the best thing you can do for yourself is say the truth.
Surah At-Taubah, Verse 119:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ
O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) Allah and be with the true ones.
FOUNDATION OF IMMORALITY (LYING).
Lying is one of the blameworthy qualities which is forbidden, lying is a sin classified among the Greater sins.
Imam Hassan said " All the evils have been locked in a room and it's key is lying.
Allah said :
Surah Al-Hujraat, Verse 6:
O you who believe! if an evil-doer comes to you with a report, look carefully into it, lest you harm a people in ignorance, then be sorry for what you have done.
This ayat was revealed for Walid, who is mentioned as an evil doer i.e a liar.
Lying is worst of sins :.. and pray for the curse of Allah on the liars" Q3:61....the curse of Allah be on him if he is one of the liars" Q24:8
Imam Ali (ra) says "Every Muslim is supposed to avoid friendship and brotherhood with a compulsive liar. Because one who befriends a liar is himself considered a liar. Even if he speaks the truth, he is not trusted"
Interpreting the Quranic verses and traditions to suit oneself or desire"
Sahih al-Bukhari 6094
Narrated `Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise. And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person. Falsehood leads to Al-Fajur (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and Al-Fajur (wickedness) leads to the (Hell) Fire, and a man may keep on telling lies till he is written before Allah, a liar."
Truth is one of the hardest things to know in life. It is hard sometimes to tell what truth is or who is telling it.
Yoruba pa lowe : "Eyan meji oki padanu iro ti eni ton ban paa fun Obama, eni ton pa mo"
Meaning "Two people cannot be casualties of a lie. If the person who is being told the lie does not know then the person telling the lie knows"
No matter how you try to lie about something, truth will come out one day and you will be put to shame.

Ka'b bin 'Iyad (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, there is a Fitnah (trial) for every nation and the trial for my nation (or Ummah) is wealth."
A wise man wrote :
"Nigeria is among countries in Africa with a wide variety of different natural resources. The country is richly endowed with natural resources ranging from industrial metals to various precious stones such as Barites ciypsum, kaolin and marble. Most of these minerals are yet to be exploited.
Statistically the lease of exploitation of these minerals is very low in relation to the extent of deposit found in the country. One of the objective of the new National policy on solid minerals is the ensure the orderly development of the minerals resources of the country" unquote.
Simple this what we need.
After the removal of oil subsidy, instead of government to embark on how to develop all what Allah endowed us among natural resource, but they diverted the money to buy what is of no benefit to the masses, and living the masses in serious agony.
The religious scholars assisted the political leaders in their oppression.

Mutarrif reported on the authority of his father:
I came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as he was reciting:" Abundance diverts you" (cii. 1). He said: The son of Adam claims: My wealth, my wealth. And he (the Holy Prophet) said: O son of Adam. is there anything as your belonging except that which you consumed, which you utilised, or which you wore and then it was worn out or you gave as charity and sent it forward?
One night a snake... while it was looking for food, entered a carpenter’s workshop.
The carpenter, who was a rather untidy man, had left several of his tools lying on the floor.
One of them was a saw. As the snake went round and round the shop, he climbed over the saw, which gave him a little cut.
At once, thinking that the saw was attacking him, he turned around and bit it so hard that his mouth started to bleed. This made him very angry. He attacked again and again until the saw was covered with blood.
Dying from his own wounds, the snake decided to wrap itself around the saw and began to squeeze with all its strength but it ended up killing itself.
Sometimes we react with anger not realizing we are only hurting ourselves. In life, sometimes it's better to ignore situations, ignore people and their behavior. People say and do things but it's your decision to react in a positive way.
Soft answers remove anger, Rough words raise rage. Proverbs 15:1
WHEN THE GAME IS OVER....WE SHALL ALL RETURN HOME.
A boy was sent by his father to urgently buy him food from a restaurant. On his way going, he was in a hurry because of the urgency of the assignment.
However, on his way back, he passed where his mates were playing football. He slowed down, began to watch the game, gradually slowing down until he finally stopped. He watched for a while and got carried away, he became interested, and indicated his interest in playing, he was invited.
He left the food in the care of some unknown people and entered the field. He forgot the assignment completely and played his heart out. He became the man of the match, dribbled opponents, created chances, scored goals and changed the face of the entire game.
When night came, the owner of the ball picked it up. It was time for everyone to go home; to go back to their parents, the game was over!
It now dawned on the boy after everyone had left that he had actually been sent to buy food by his hungry father. He went to where he kept the food, it had already been eaten by goats and dogs, "but I kept this food with some guys here a moment ago." He said.
He picked the plates, but was no longer happy, all the excitement of the game disappeared, the people clapping for him were all gone, the opponents he was playing against were all gone, the ball itself was gone, time was gone, those selling food were gone, he couldn't buy another!
Regrets took over him, he sluggishly walked home, with tears of sorrow and regrets whilst hiding in the dark.
When people saw him, they asked him why he was crying and hiding in the dark with empty plates! He had left with clean plates full of excitement, but returned with same empty plates, so dirty and stained !
When they asked him "Why he couldn't go home, he said his father will beat him". He knew the implications of a wasted time. So sad, too late.
Hear this: We have a home and God to return to at the end of life's journey when all is said and d
REFLECTION
Whatever me and you want to put forward, tomorrow will tell.
I have another opinion about Uncle Musa story.
Allah Apostle (SAWS) said :
Ibn Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Take advantage of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your illness, your riches before your poverty, your free time before your work, and your life before your death.”

The story of Uncle Musa Allah know best.

UNCLE Musa.
After living in the United States for 40 years and at the age of 70, Uncle Musa finally relocated to Salagie, The Gambia this year to live in his 5-bedroom house which took him 10 years to complete.
Now in Gambia and in his house, Uncle Musa lives in the living room of the house downstairs while his caretaker lives upstairs in his huge master bedroom.
This is because Uncle Musa cannot climb the stairs without the help of another person.
Even with help, it takes him 10 minutes to make the climb.
As such, Uncle Musa has decided to stay downstairs in the living room as all 5 bedrooms are upstairs.
The house has a living room, toilet and k
THE ESSENCE OF MODESTY IN ISLAMIC CULTURE AND BEYOND
In the rich tapestry of Islamic teachings, modesty is a thread that runs deep, interwoven with the fabric of faith, character, and culture. In Surah Al-A'raf, 7:26, where Allah says, "O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment." This verse underscores the divine guidance that modesty is a virtue cherished by the Almighty.
Additionally, the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) have emphasized the importance of modesty. He said, "Modesty is a part of faith" (Sahih Al-Bukhari). Thus, modesty transcends mere dress; it is a reflection of inner purity
The wisdom of concealing what is precious
During a meeting, young women arrived wearing attire that revealed more than it concealed. The chairman, with wisdom and candor, addressed them with a message that resounded deeply. He began by pointing out that everything of great value in this world is well covered, concealed from casual view, and protected. To illustrate this, he shared compelling examples:
1. Diamond is a precious gems are found deep within the Earth, well-covered and protected.
2. Similarly, pearls lie hidden at the ocean's depths, enclosed within a beautiful shell.
3. Gold is unearthed from deep within mines, concealed beneath layers of rock. Extracting it requires hard work and digging deep.
With sincerity in his eyes, he continued, "Your body is sacred and unique. You are far more precious than gold, diamonds, and pearls, and you should be covered too." His message was unequivocal: just as valuable minerals
EVIL EYE
There is solution to all problems, just stay with Allah, those Alfas that you are running to, have similar problem.
Sahih Muslim 2188
Ibn 'Abbas reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
The influence of an evil eye is a fact; if anything would precede the destiny it would be the influence of an evil eye, and when you are asked to take bath (as a cure) from the influence of an evil eye, you should take bath.
Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, the evil eye might attach itself to a man by permission of Allah, until he climbs a tall mountain and then throws himself off it.”

WISDOM FROM THE STORY OF BABA ALATISE
There was once a wealthy man named Alatise who had three wives and children. A few years after he married his third wife, he became blind and impotent.
Everyday, his family would lead him to the front of his house where he would sit and lounge all day, getting up only to relieve himself.
One fateful day, a dove flew straight at him and begged to go under his dress in order to hide from a massive hawk that wanted to devour it. Alatise asked the dove, "what are you going to do for me if I do you this favour?" The dove replied that it would heal a part of his body that had become nonfunctional. The man promptly hid the dove under his dress.
Shortly thereafter, the hawk came down to beg him that he should release the dove to it in order for it (the hawk) not to die of hunger. Alatise asked the hawk, "what are you going to do for me if I do you this favour?" The hawk also replied that it would heal a part of his body that had become nonfunctional. Alatise told the hawk to give him a few moments & return after a few hours.
Both replies caused Alatise a lot of worry on what to do so he called his three wives one after the other and requested their advice. The first and second wives, having consummated sexual relationships with concubines, dismissed the proposition outright and advised him to come to terms with his condition.
The third wife however told him to find out the proposition that would heal his impotence and go with that so she could have children. So, Alatise decided to think deeply. He went into the inner recesses of his mind and came up with the idea that he would gain from both sides.
He called his son to go get some money from his safe, go to the market and buy him a pigeon that was as close to white as possible. The son did as he was instructed and brought the pigeon to his father.
When the hawk came back, Alatise released the pigeon to it and the hawk flew away to devour it's lunch. Sometime later, the hawk
A sheep was passing and saw a lion crying inside a cage trapped, the lion begged the sheep to rescue him with a promise not to kill and eat it, but the sheep refused.. After much persuasion and for the sheep's gullibility, it opened the cage for the lion._*
*_Now the lion was very hungry having stayed in the cage for days without food.. It quickly pounced on the sheep and was about to kill and eat it, but the sheep reminded him of his promise._*
*_They were still there arguing when other animals came passing and they sought to know what happened.. Both the lion and the sheep narrated their own side of the story, but because of fear and in trying to gain Favour in the sight of the lion, all the animals took side with the lion except the Tortoise who claimed not to understand the whole scenario._
*_Now the Tortoise asked the lion to show them where exactly he was before the sheep rescued him, The lion pointed at the cage.. Tortoise asked again, "were you inside or outside when the sheep arrived"??... The lion replied, "I was inside"._
The tortoise again asked, "Okay, enter and let’s see how difficult it could be inside bcoz I'm not getting the whole scenario".. The lion entered, and immediately, the tortoise locked the cage.. The lion was now trapped!!_
_In amazement, the other animals asked tortoise "why" and tortoise replied.. "If we allow him to eat the sheep today, He will still go hungry tomorrow and we don't know the next amongst us to be eaten tomorrow.!!_
