Unlike the last 5 days I have been giving you detox recipes, but let's spice things up a little bit with a healthy smoothie😋

Let's play with something quite interesting and abundant ( especiallyif ure in jos).
And what's that??
We all know we can't get to any junction without seeing these, so Get some and make a healthy smoothie with it...

6 healthy smoothie recipe!
1½ cup of tigernut(tigernut milk i.e blending just the tigernut with some water and sieve out the shaf)
2½ medium size banana
½ cup of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of cashew
U can also pop in some dates

Day 5
Detox smoothie recipe

1frozen banana
¼ cup of milk
½ cup of diced beet
2tablespoons of yogurt
Blend and enjoy👌🏾

Day 4 detox smoothie recipe
1 cup of water
1 frozen banana
So spinach
Diced mango( 1 mango will do)
Some pineapple
Blend well and enjoy 👌

Answer:= these smoothie is targeted for only your stomach, yea only your stomach ☺
I know a lost of us don't want to lose body fat but definitely belly fat, these is 4 us🤣

Recipe
½ cucumber
Some ginger
½ leomon(squeeze out the juice withoutthe seeds)
Some pineapple(we will also make use of the peel)
Note:= boil the peel with ½ cup of water and strain the water out!

Now blend everything with the water from the peel and enjoy 😉.

Recipe 2!
1. I banana(frozen 4 at least 30 minutes)
2. ½ cup frozen raspberries
3. Some spinach
4. Almond milk
5. Some flax or chai seeds( can be gotten in any supermarketnear you)
6. 2 tablespoons peanut butter!
