Beloved, Jesus did not come to show the world how to die and rise up again, He came to give humanity power and dominion to advance His kingdom.

Power is free but access is costly. Only a Holy vessel can release the power of God...

Any kingdom that does not have power cannot be called a kingdom, the evidence of any powerful kingdom is "POWER and Authority"
(Pastor Isaac Gofwen)
No man will ever rule without power
The effectiveness of a Minister is dependent on the power and authority that is bestowed upon him
That is why the Bible says, tarry....until you are endued with power.
ENDUE us with your power Lord

The cross is an offense because it says to the world, "you're a sinner." The cross said to the thief who was dying on the other cross, "you're a sinner. You'd better repent."
(Billy Graham)
DEAR MINISTER, There are men and women out there sent from the pit of hell to destroy your reputation. When the reputation of a Minister is destroyed, you don't have a ministry. Be smart, be wise. Please protect your reputation.

WE LOVE MEN BECAUSE WE FIRST LOVE GOD.
WITHOUT THE LOVE OF GOD, THERE WILL BE NO LOVE.
LOVE GOD IF YOU WANT TO LOVE MEN.
YOU CAN'T LOVE MEN WHEN YOUR LOVE FOR GOD IS NOT ENOUGH.

MICROPHONE TECHNIQUE FOR SINGERS
You sound so great at rehearsal, especially without microphones, but it’s a different story on stage.
You’ve probably had this experience. What you might need to learn is how to use microphones
As a singer, microphones are your tool for amplification and expression. So it’s important you understand them
To make good use of mics you first of all have to know that there are different types of mics.
Generally speaking there are two types of microphones, especially for stage performances and recordings; Unidirectional mics (only receiving sound input from one direction) and Omnidirectional mics (able to receive sound input from all directions).
Find out the type you have by speaking or singing into it from different directions.
Here are a few guides for using microphones effectively.
1. LEARN TO HOLD THE MIC CORRECTLY
Don’t hold the mic by the head, hold it by the shaft. Holding it by the head is what causes that annoying feedback and most singers who do this blame the sound engineers for the noise the mic is making, not realizing they’re guilty😂
Holding it by the head also makes you sound like a spoilt transistor radio 📻 😅
Hold it right and sound right.
2. SING INTO THE CENTER OF THE MIC
This is especially for unidirectional mics, and this is also why I don’t encourage having more than one singer on a mic on stage, most of the mics we use for backups are unidirectional, therefore the people by the side of the microphones are rarely heard. If you don’t yet have more microphones, trust God to supply.
Singing directly into the center of the mic makes you sound clearer and more audible.
3. LEARN TO USE THE RIGHT PROXIMITY
Getting too close to the Mic makes you sound muddy, because it emphasizes lower frequencies more. To sound clear and articulate, put it a bit forward, the distance depends on the kind of microphone you’re using.
Also, move it forward when you sing loud, so you won’t distroy the eardrums of your congregation/audience.
Understand your mic and know what proximity works for it.
4. BE AUDIBLE
The fact that you’re using a mic doesn’t mean you shouldn’t sing out. The mic only amplifies what you give it.
Yes you! Kayode, open your mouth and sing 😃
Be audible and clear. But please don’t yell, just be audible.
5. BE VERY SOFT ON YOUR CONSONANTS
Sing your consonants softly, especially the plosives (t k p b g d ).
An example is ‘How great is our God’. Be soft on the g, t and d.
You don’t want to sound like a percussion instrument, except you’re beatboxing.
This might not be an issue if your mic has a pop filter. But learning to sing with softer consonants even helps you sing better, it takes off muscular strain especially when approaching high notes.
6. INSIST ON HAVING GOOD MONITORS ON STAGE
Monitors are those speakers positioned at the edge of the stage in front of you. They are meant to enable you hear yourself clearly while you sing.
It’s important they are there and working correctly.
Without them you could go off key and generally lose track of the music.
So make sure they’re there and functioning well.
7. AWAYS GO FOR SOUND CHECK
Singers don’t like to go for sound check, and that’s really bad.
If you don’t go for sound check you can’t ensure all the things I mentioned above are in place.
Make sure to check for every important detail and rehearse with mics often. This way you’ll get used to singing with them.

DEAREST
BE STILL AND KNOW THAT YAHWEH IS GOD
One of the most cautious words in the Bible... 'Acceptable'... Your worship, your sacrifice can be disqualified if found wanting in God's measuring scale... God will not lower his standards ... But his burden is never grievous... Your state of heart is most important to God... Make sure to journey to the point where your heart and your lips are one when offering worship to God..Pastor Chingtok Ishaku
Dear Minister,
DEALING WITH PAST MISTAKES IN MINISTRY
Have you experienced mistakes in your ministry? Do you feel rejected or embroiled in significant controversies, such as the perceived cause of the separation between Paul and Barnabas? The truth is that we all make mistakes, whether they stem from intellect or emotions.
1. You must revisit your foundation When facing challenges and encountering the aforementioned situations. Just like John Mark, who had a prayerful upbringing before meeting Paul and Barnabas, he possessed a deep reservoir of strength that qualified him to join their ministry team. Although he temporarily deserted them (highlighting his initial weakness), John Mark continued to grow and follow the Lord despite the troubles and rejections he faced.
2. Regardless of the setbacks you encountered as a young minister, if you falter while following the Lord, make sure, like John Mark, that you never stop following Him. Your commitment to prayer is crucial to your determination to persevere despite failure. Address any feelings of rejection, cleanse your heart, and rid yourself of bitterness, resentment, or anger toward individuals like 'Paul’, who may have denied your involvement due to inconsistencies. Recall that Paul is not your enemy and can never be if you continue following the Lord.
3. Keep pressing forward! If you face rejection from 'Paul’, accept yourself’. Similar to John Mark of the past, seek out companionship with Barnabas. Connect with other mentors and leaders in the body of Christ to Continue your growth. God has placed people around you. Do not allow the perception of rejection from one influential person to deter you from confirming your calling and election.
4. One effective way to resolve future issues is to remain committed to God's assignment, fulfilling your purpose and destiny, and rise to the top. When all parties operate successfully, issues are often resolved more readily.
