9 Foods That Boost Immunity
Feeding your body certain foods may help keep your immune system strong.
If you’re looking for ways to prevent colds, the flu, and other infections, your first step should be a visit to your local grocery store. Plan your meals to include these powerful immune system boosters.
1. Citrus fruits
Most citrus fruits are high in vitamin C. With such a variety to choose from, it’s easy to add a squeeze of this vitamin to any meal.
Popular citrus fruits include:
grapefruit
oranges
clementines
tangerines
lemons
limes.
2. Red Bell Pepper
Ounce for ounce, red bell peppers contain almost 3 times as much vitamin C (127 mg as a Florida orange (45 mg. They’re also a rich source of beta-carotene.
3. Broccoli
Broccoli is supercharged with vitamins and minerals. Packed with vitamins A, C, and E, as well as fiber and many other antioxidants, broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables you can put on your plate.
4. Garlic
Garlic adds flavor to food and has long been used for medicinal purposes.
Early civilizations recognized its value in fighting infections. Garlic may also slow down hardening of the arteries, and people use it to treat high blood pressure.
5. Ginger
Ginger is another ingredient many turn to after getting sick. Ginger may help decrease inflammation, which can help reduce a sore throat and inflammatory illnesses. It may also help with nausea.

Sunflower seeds are full of nutrients, including phosphorous, magnesium, and vitamins B6 and E.
Vitamin E is important in regulating and maintaining immune system function.

4 Amazing Health Benefits of Coconuts
1. Highly nutritious
Unlike many other fruits that are high in carbs, coconuts provide mostly fat.
They also contain protein, several important minerals, and small amounts of B vitamins. However, they’re not a significant source of most other vitamins.
2. Antibacterial effects
Though more research involving humans is needed, some studies have found that coconut oil could help block the growth of certain bacteria strains.
For instance, one test-tube study showed that virgin coconut oil was able to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, a type of bacteria that causes staph infections.
3. Improves Beauty and Skin Health
To add to its impressive list of benefits, coconut oil can also be used topically on the skin and hair.
Instead of bathing your skin with synthetic toxic lotions and creams, coconut oil can be used to nourish and moisturize our skin, scalp, and hair.
4. Heart health benefits
Coconut water may help promote heart health. Its potassium may help reduce blood pressure. In addition, an older study found that coconut water may help reduce the risk of developing heart disease.

Sadly, some of our women can no longer even cook. Their fake hair is flammable. The false eyelashes cannot come close to fire. Their breast and butt implants are at risk if they come too close to heat. Their bleached skin is irritable in high temperatures. That is why they always want to eat out in fancy and expensive restaurants AT YOUR EXPENSE. There is nothing better than being your original self. You were born to be real, not to be perfect. The reason some women are miserable despite their high profile is that they have placed themselves too high for mere mortals to reach. Even with their bleaching, bone straight hair, surgically enhanced features and high profiles, a village girl is still happier than many of them.

What is Peptic Ulcer Disease?
Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD) is a prevalent gastrointestinal disorder characterized by open sores in the lining of the stomach or the upper part of the small intestine. These sores, known as ulcers, develop when the protective mucus layer in the stomach is weakened, allowing digestive acids to erode the tissues.
Common causes of PUD include infection with the Helicobacter pylori bacteria, frequent use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as aspirin or ibuprofen, and excessive alcohol consumption.
Certain risk factors, such as smoking, high-stress levels, and a family history of ulcers, can increase the likelihood of developing PUD.
The signs and symptoms of PUD may vary but commonly include a burning sensation or pain in the abdomen, bloating, nausea, vomiting, and unintended weight loss.
The diagnosis of PUD typically involves a thorough medical history assessment, physical examination, and various investigations, including endoscopy, blood tests, and stool analysis.
If left untreated, PUD can lead to severe complications, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation, or blockage.
To prevent and manage PUD, individuals can adopt healthy lifestyle choices, such as avoiding trigger foods, managing stress levels, quitting smoking, limiting alcohol consumption, and taking prescribed medications, such as proton pump inhibitors or antibiotics, to eradicate H. pylori. Additionally, following a balanced diet that promotes stomach health is crucial in preventing PUD recurrence.
What is Congestive Heart Failure?
Congestive Heart Failure (CCF): Is a serious condition in which the quantity of blood pumped by the heart each minute (cardiac output) is in sufficient to meet the body’s normal requirements for oxygen and nutrient. Although some people mistakenly believe that the term heart failure means the heart has stopped, the term actually refers to the diminished ability of the heart to keep up with its working load.
Risk factors of CHF
Coronary artery disease: Narrowed arteries may limit the heart's supply of oxygen-rich blood, resulting in weakened
heart muscle.
Heart attack: A heart attack is a form of coronary artery disease that occurs suddenly. Damage to the heart muscle from a heart attack may mean the heart can no longer pump as well as it should.
Heart valve disease: Having a heart valve that doesn't work properly raises the risk of heart failure.
High blood pressure: The heart works harder than it has to when blood pressure is high.
Irregular heartbeats: Irregular heartbeats, especially if they are very frequent and fast, can weaken the heart muscle and cause heart failure.
Congenital heart disease: Some people who develop heart failure were born with problems that affect the structure or function of their heart.
Diabetes Mellitus: Having diabetes increases the risk of high blood pressure and coronary artery disease.
Sleep apnea: This inability to breathe properly during sleep results in low blood-oxygen levels and an increased risk of irregular heartbeats.
Obesity: People who have obesity have a higher risk of developing heart failure.
Viral infections: Some viral infections can damage to the heart muscle.
Medicines that may increase the risk of heart failure include:
Some diabetes medicines. The diabetes drugs rosiglitazone (Avandia) and pioglitazone (Actos) have been found to increase the risk of heart failure in some people. Don't stop taking these medicines without first talking to your health care provider
