Take a look at the act below.. That's Messi about 30 yards away from the Netherlands goal. He's got a logical option to pass outwide to the teammate rushing down the left flank. I mean, that's what we see so often in this sport.Mind you, that is a great opening. However, Messi appears to have eyes by the side of his head and he slots the ball through the legs of the opponent marking him , to pick out teammate Molina deep in the Dutch area, and Molina scores.
How does anyone do this? How do you even fathom how you'll nutmeg an opponent standing in your face to pick out a teammate that distant from you? Messi is not a good role model because he's beyond logic. What he does is not logical. Only what's logical can be taught and copied. This is beyond logic! It's just psychedelic! Taking Messi as a role model puts you at risk of getting frustrated all the time. You can't comprehend him!
