It will give a brief overview of the disciplines, tools, and techniques that are used to control projects. These include how projects are governed, how what will be delivered is determined and what that will cost, how the timescales of a project are developed, how change is managed, and how quality is assured. Each of these topics will be explored in greater detail in individual webinars in the series.
