3 STEPS TO MAKE EGG ROLL😋😋😋

RECIPE

2 cups flour
1 Tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp margarine
9 Tbsp water
1 beaten egg
5 boiled eggs
¹/⁴ Tsp salt
¹/² Tsp nutmeg (optional)

PROCEDURE

Step 1- Mix the flour(sift), baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add margarine and use your fingers to blend in the margarine into the flour until crumbly. Stir in beaten egg (the dough should look dry at this point). Begin to introduce the water little at a time and work the dough till the dough till the dough is soft and sticky but still workable

Step 2- Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes, afterwards, work the dough again for 2 minutes and divide it into five balls. Flatten out each ball of dough on the palm of your hand, drop the egg in the middle of the flattened dough and tightly wrap the dough around each egg.

Step 3- Fry on a medium heat until golden brown about 6 to 8 minutes turning it every few minutes.
Enjoy your egg roll hot or warm
