Ghanian food and how to prepare it.
Banku:Banku is a local food in Ghana,and it consists of maize.
Ingredient needed-maize, cassava,salt,deep pot, stirring stick
How to prepare Banku:you have to grind your maize(mostly white maize)to powder form,add water to solidify it,put it in a pot and placed it on fire,add ur cassava doo(grinded cassava).either way u can make the cassava be more than the maize or the maize more than the cassava.
Add ur salt,
Continue stirring it none stop,it's doesn't take time ur Banku will form.
