Throughout every season, your unwavering love, tender mercies, and grace have been a constant source of blessing in my life. I am deeply grateful for every gift you have bestowed upon me, dear Lord. You are the giver of life and the creator of all things beautiful and gracious, and I am humbled by your generosity.
As I celebrate another year of life, I am filled with immense joy and gratitude for the journey you have guided me through. Thank you for the countless blessings and for the opportunity to grow another year older in your grace.
Last year, amidst the grandeur of the 2023 SelectUSA Investment Summit, I found myself among the select few chosen as global women in tech for mentorship. Picture this: standing shoulder to shoulder with industry luminaries, including Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and other esteemed leaders, I felt the weight of opportunity and possibility.
Fast forward to today, the commencement of a six-month internship under the wing of a high-profile business leader in China and beyond. It’s a journey that feels surreal, akin to walking in a dream where aspirations collide with reality. As I embark on this odyssey, I reflect with gratitude on the path thus far, whispering a heartfelt “thank you Jesus” for this boundless grace. And as I gaze at the image capturing that momentous occasion, a simple truth emerges: dreams, when nurtured with faith and perseverance, have the power to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
At the 2023 SelectUSA Investment Summit last year I was opportuned to be selected as one of the global women in tech.
We were hosted by Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and other White House Senior Officials, U.S. Cabinet, U.S. Governors, and Prominent Private Sector Leaders. Having to undergo 6months internship with an high profile business leader in China among others is still like a dream to me.
Today marks the the beginning of that amazing journey and I look back to say thank you JESUS. You have been gracious to this little girl.

My Journey to Inspiring Inclusion
As we mark International Women’s Day, I reflect on my journey and the importance of inspiring inclusion in our communities. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a deep commitment to championing the rights and opportunities of women from all backgrounds. Today, I stand proud to be a part of this global celebration of women’s achievements and our progress towards gender equality.
My name is Yetunde Adedayo, and I have dedicated myself to the cause of inclusivity. From the grassroots to leadership roles, I’ve worked tirelessly to break down barriers and create pathways for women of diverse identities. Intersectionality has always been at the heart of my advocacy, recognizing that gender equality cannot be achieved without addressing the intersecting forms of discrimination that many women face.
I firmly believe that inclusion is not just a concept; it’s a way of life. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create spaces where women from all walks of life feel valued and empowered. Whether through mentorship programs, workshops, or community initiatives, I strive to uplift women and amplify their voices.
But my journey is not just about advocacy—it’s also about leading by example. Through resilience, determination, and compassion, I’ve shown others the power of embracing one’s unique strengths and overcoming obstacles. I hope that by sharing my story, I can inspire others to do the same.
On this International Women’s Day, let’s celebrate the transformative impact of individuals like me who are dedicated to inspiring inclusion. Together, let’s continue the fight for gender equality, knowing that our collective efforts can create a world where every woman has the opportunity to thrive.
Unlocking the Potential of Intrapreneurship: Fostering Growth within Organizations (Part 1)
Recently, I have engaged in several discussions with a few friends, and it was evident that they possess a wealth of untapped potential in terms of innovative ideas that could drive growth and development within their respective organizations. However, it was disheartening to learn that these organizations, who should have been more critical of the innovative ideas presented to them, turned a blind eye, which made some of them quit to start their own gig or wait endlessly, hoping their ideas would find expression someday. This realization has led me to wonder why these organizations, which ought to be at the forefront of innovation, have failed to embrace it.
It is commonly known that entrepreneurship is a viable means of fostering innovation. Nonetheless, I firmly believe that organizations can encourage intrapreneurship as an effective strategy to promote innovation. This approach entails empowering employees to develop and implement innovative ideas within the organization, thereby driving its growth and development.
In conclusion, as a proponent of intrapreneurship, organizations should create an enabling environment that fosters innovation and encourages employees to take ownership of the organization's growth. This, in turn, will lead to increased productivity, improved efficiency, and, ultimately, business success.

Nurture yourself to greatness and remember that your dream is unique to you. While it’s important to share your aspirations with others, ultimately, you are the only one who truly knows the depth of your vision. Keep striving towards your goals and never give up on your dreams.

Yippe!
We were on air today. Wow, Super amazing stuff are happening to us. I was dazed when an old friend reached out to me and said Yetunde we want you live in a zoom session talking about teachers' day.
I just said yes, I will note the time and get into the session. I didn't realise I was going to be live on Tv (on live Tv News).
I have been on TV severally but this was off guard. I had no clue I was going on air. I thought it was just a zoom session so I went about my business. I was far away around Egbeda buying cake and lunch to celebrate our Teacher's day when a call came in that I will be on air in 15mins.
5mins into sound check the driver and I were around bustop, we drove as fast as we could just to get to school, somewhere less noisy.... The funny part was when I come online and I saw a newsroom, I remember asking the new caster if we were live and he said yes... Ha! Glad we made it.
Unscripted, not knowing what the questions were.... here we have it. This is our win and celebration. In the same way, every product of Crossway Montessori School will make headlines for good reasons in Jesus' name. No matter where they are around the globe.
Happy Teacher's Day.
We are going global by the grace of God.

People often have difficulty choosing between white and black. But if there is an outfit you can never go wrong with, it's both colours. They are in a class of their own. Simple but elegant always when matched with the right colours.
