I once bought about 10 pieces of an item from an Instagram vendor, had issues with 2 of them. I wasn’t asking to return, I just wanted to swap with something else. Once she got my messages she stopped responding. It really made me sad, not for me but for her… so many vendors are very short sighted but not us .tales furniture because we understand the power of an happy customer, they return with their FULL chest!😁😁
