Job Description
We are looking for a reliable project planner to work closely with engineers and architects to plan and prepare construction sites. To balance project management with engineering tasks ranging from access road planning to site preparation. The project planner will work on a wide variety of projects related to construction, including housing developments and commercial buildings. The project planner will report to the project manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
• Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and plans
• Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project
and address any issues that arise
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the
construction development
• Present information for internal meetings on the project
• Work with operation teams, from PM to site engineers and create hands on project programmes and schedules.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field
• Strong communication including writing reports and presenting
• Understanding engineering principles
• Time management and planning
• Organisation
• Methodological approach
• High Attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning software including MS Project and Primavera P6
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong Problem solving
• Budget and financial management
• Work as part of a team and individually

Job brief
We are hiring a driver. He must be familiar with the routes of driving on Nigerian roads.
Responsibilities
• Help customers load and unload their baggage.
• Plan periodic car service appointments and report any problems.
• Book car washing and detailing services to maintain the cleanliness of the car inside and outside.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years driving experience.
• Minimum of secondary school leaving certificate (SSCE)
• A valid driver’s license.
• FRSC driving test result.
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Excellent communication skill
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
