5.) SELLER’S CAPTAIN ISSUE MARINE ATB FOR BUYER’S INSPECTOR TO COME ONBOARD FOR Q&Q ANALYSIS.

6.) BUYER’S INSPECTOR COLLECTS SAMPLES AND DISEMBARK. BUYER PAYS FOR SECURITY.

7.) WITHIN 24 HOURS BUYER'S INSPECTOR ISSUE SUCCESSFUL Q&Q REPORT TO BOTH PARTIES AND BUYER PAYS 50% OF CARGO VALUE.

(3) Seller instruct his vessel captain to issue M-NOR to the buyers tankfarm.

(4) Buyer Tank farm Manager acknowledge NOR/ETA and confirm readiness to receive product.

(5) Buyer issue 200m Bank Draft in favour of Seller Nominated Fiduciary Account.

(6)Buyer undertakes inward and Clearance of Seller’s vessel into Buyer Storage facility. Upon arrival, Seller issue NOTICE OF ARRIVAL and MARINE AUTHORITY TO BOARD at buyer tank farm Jetty.

(7) After Q/Q and Physical Product Confirmation conducted by Buyer inspection team 50% of the total cargo will be paid.

(8) Discharge commence and upon discharge completion and final Dip test within 24/48hours upon receipts of the Commercial invoice buyer make full payment of the balance 50% to seller via SWIFT TRANSFER and also to all intermediaries.

(9) Seller release all original documents to the buyer.
