While in the university I wanted to start a mishai business ( those guys that fry income and bread)

But I was broke, and at that time my allowance was 2000 Naira a week

And I needed 30,000 naira to start the business

I was so determined to start the business that I had to take big steps

I didn’t want to borrow money to start my business cos I didn’t want to feel pressured so my only choice was to sell my stuff

I sold my bed,

I sold my wall hangers

And added my rent money

After doing all that I had to start living with my Friend

But it was worth it for me cos I was determined to succeed in the business

The next thing I did was find someone to Mentor me in the business

I looked for someone who had been doing it for a long time and was willing to teach me

But I made one fatal mistake

Even though I was willing to sell my things to gather capital, I didn’t see the value of paying the person to teach me

Although I was able to convince him to show me how it is done for free

But I wasn’t able to Learn all the tricks of the business since I didn’t pay

In my mind I Felt that “its just cooking indomie, how hard can it be “

I was very very wrong

There were so many tricks that someone from the outside could not figure out by themselves without wasting a lot of money

And so instead of paying a mentor so I can avoid the mistake

I had to use my hard earned capital to learn them myself

One month after I started the business crashed

Almost around the same time that I started thinking of starting the mashai business my friend Jonathan had dreams of starting a laundry business

I remember the Jonathan paid a huge sum of money to learn from his mentor,

Then he spent 5 months learning and practicing

Everyday Jonah would go to his shop and learn for hours

One day I asked him

“ is it not just to wash cloth ? We have been washing clothes at home for years, so why are you spending months learning how to wash cloth and iron ?”

But While my Business crashed after 1 month

My friend Jonathan’s business grew and after a year he sold it off for more than the amount he started it with

This experience has taught me 2 lessons in life

First one: Never try to figure it out by yourself get. Mentor and save time and resources wasted

Secondly : Don’t rush the process, take your time to learn well and master it

I used to think that Earning Six Figures Weekly was a pipe dream.

And that mindset kept me broke for longer than I can remember.

It starts to rise and once it gets to a point, ZAP! Something comes up and swallows it... Back to zero.

And the cycle continues.

That used to be me.

This was happening because my negative limiting mindsets and belief systems were fighting every new ideology that could move me forward financially.

And for a loooooong time I struggled with this.

Then after years of going back and forth, I came across 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

The First one was Time VS Money - a message by Apostle Joshua Selman.

The Second was FU Money - An Audio book by Dan Lok.

Consuming the wisdom in those two incredible pieces of content 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

I realized that my mindset had limited me financially for years.

Today your content is about mindset, tomorrow you your content is about Free online tools, the next your content is focusing on facebook advertising. Common na, you won to blow my brain. 😁😁

Go and look at all your content you have been creating, the one that had many comments and likes, is what you want to focus on"

Russell Brunson used this analogy to explain how to get content that will continue to be relevant even after 1 year.

He likened content generation to a comedian. The comedian will create about 10 jokes that he will use. After creating it, he will go to street bars and do stand up comedy for free and use those 10 jokes he had created.

When he release anyone, he will look at people's response on that one, the one with the highest response as in applause and laughs he will keep it aside. One joke( content) confirmed

Then he goes again, generate another 10 jokes, he will find another street bar he will go and do stand up comedy( creating value for free) Same process, let's say only two got enough applause,he will add it to the first one. Making a total of 3 jokes( content)

So he continues, this can take weeks, months and some cases years before he gets a complete powerful 10 jokes (CONTENT FOR YOU)

Now he is ready to unleash and when he starts, all he is doing is just twerking, or adding some few lines to make it very attractive and compelling and. people will ask, where did you come out from. You will become overnight Kenny Nwokoye

So I want to encourage everyone to go back,look at some of your content that got highest engagement, look at what you did in that content, then reproduce it adding some things here and their

Look out for the engagements, see what people are saying about it.

Do you know that in a content, you can get 10 more content or even more. Just by looking at a sentence in your content can get you different headlines of another content.

Then, learn how to repurpose your content. Add fun to your content, this week, you can turn your content to video, next week, audio, next week carousel, next week infographic.

This way, your content is fresh and hot 🔥🔥🔥

How to Create Hot Content.

On any topic, let google be your friend, let youtube be your second TV, let quora be your guide. Go and read similar content you want to write about, READ READ READ, I dis not say copy and paste😝😜🤪

Go to YouTube, as you watch watch, ideas will flood your brain, start writing IN THE LANGUAGE YOU UNDERSTAND 🙏🙏🙏

DONT EVER WRITE DOWN WHAT THEY SAID, WRITE IT THE WAY YOU UNDERSTAND. That way it becomes unique to YOU. That means na only you don write am the way you write am, nobody write wetin you write 💪💪💪

Then go to plagiarism checker ,it's an online tools, check to see if it brought out another person word that you have copied, then change it.

Your content should be 100% unique to you. So when you post it on your blog post, instagram,facebook, tweeter or anywhere, the algorithm will bring unique visitors to your site.

But instead, you copy people's work and paste on your Facebook profile. This is what happens,

They will now send your OWN visitors to the original person that wrote the content. And infact, some of your real visitors will start seeing less of your post and more of the person's post you copied

Relate what goes on around you to affiliate marketing. And write it out.
