The inadequate land records and documentation in Nigeria pose challenges to property ownership, leading to disputes and hindered development. Implementing a comprehensive digital land registration system could be a solution, enhancing accuracy, accessibility, and transparency in land information. Additionally, public awareness campaigns and legal reforms can promote adherence to proper documentation processes. Babajide Sanwo-Olu

The coincidence of Benin and Japanese words is striking. Edo was the name of the capital city of Japan. It’s the capital city of Benin. The Japanese call water amę; so, does Benin. Japanese call dog ekita; so, does Benin. Japanese Emperor is king of the sky; Benin called their first dynasty of kings ogiso king of the sky. Japanese have names like Osato, Oyuki; so do the people of Benin. There are many more. The point is that Japan and Benin are too far apart racially and geographically for any links. Do we have scholars to research this? Just struck by it and I thought I should share.

Arise Oh Compatriots!!!!

His Excellency
Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu
President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
Presidential Villa
Abuja, Nigeria
May 29, 2023

Your Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,
Congratulations on your momentous inauguration as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This is a remarkable occasion that marks the beginning of a RENEWEDHOPE for our great nation. As you embark on this significant journey of leadership, we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to you and your administration.

We at CITIZEN'S VOICE OF NIGERIA write to express our utmost admiration for your dedication, unwavering commitment, and remarkable achievements throughout your career. Your steadfastness and visionary leadership have earned you the trust and support of the Nigerian people. As you take the reins of power today, the hopes and aspirations of our nation rest upon your capable shoulders.

Your Excellency, the CITIZENS of NIGERIA would like to implore you to consider prioritizing the issue of uninterrupted power supply as a fundamental policy to propel Nigeria's development at an accelerated pace. Adequate and reliable power supply is undeniably crucial for the progress and prosperity of any nation. It serves as a catalyst for economic growth, industrialization, job creation, and improvement in the standard of living for our citizens.

Nigeria, being a nation blessed with abundant natural resources, has the potential to become a leading economic powerhouse in Africa and the world. However, the persistent issue of inadequate power supply has been a major hindrance to unlocking this potential. It is time to address this challenge head-on and make significant strides towards achieving uninterrupted power supply across the nation.

We believe that your visionary leadership and expertise can mobilize the necessary resources, both financial and technical, to revitalize the power sector in Nigeria. It is crucial to prioritize investments in renewable energy sources, encourage private sector participation, foster international collaborations, and implement sustainable policies to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted power supply.

The benefits of uninterrupted power supply would be immense. It would attract foreign direct investment, stimulate industrial growth, and enhance productivity in various sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, and education. Furthermore, it would empower small and medium enterprises, create employment opportunities, aid security of lives and properties and improve the quality of life for all Nigerians.

Your Excellency, we are confident that by placing uninterrupted power supply at the forefront of your administration's agenda, you will pave the way for a brighter and more prosperous future for our beloved nation. We urge you to rally the support of stakeholders, engage experts in the field, and forge partnerships with international organizations to drive this critical endeavor forward.

Once again, congratulations on your inauguration as the President of Nigeria. The Nigerian people stand united behind you, ready to support your efforts to steer our great nation towards progress, unity, and sustainable development. May your tenure be marked by success, peace, and prosperity for all.
Yours sincerely,

Our first step to progress as a nation is to learn how to address issues without bitterness, sentiments and emotion. What exactly is our interest? Our tribes? Our religions? or our nation?
Now that the election is over, let's have a common front to demand good governance from every seats of power, enough of all these hate tantrums.
A BETTER NIGERIA IS POSSIBLE!!!

Today we decided to impact in our future, based on the reality of now and the incidents of yesterday

That for no reason will we turn or be turned against ourselves or divided along political and religious lines.

That we are intelligent enough to identify and refuse to inherit people's enemies simply because we are loyal to them.

That we will work against mediocrity and hypocrisy in its totality.

That we will support natural justice, equity and good conscience.

That we will deliver good citizenship and demand good governance in return

That we will contribute to the individual and collective greatness of Nigerians and Nigeria

It is important to start contributing to Nigeria as a Reconstruction Project from it's foundation, come 30th of may 2023 and Beyond.
If you had a reason to have abandoned, or you will have a reason to abandon this Project call Nigeria from 2023 and beyond( ) please finance it.

If you stay because you don't have a means to or because you're patriotic and committed enough to rebuild the dilapidated structure called Nigeria, please contribute to the reconstruction without any Religious , Ethnic or Political Party sentitiments.
Nigeria clearly has one common enemy , but the enemy points it's accusing fingers at a different direction .

If we can at least elect individuals who have our unique, specific and perculiar interests as local government chairperson in all the local governments in Nigeria regardless of the political party, someone who have proven records of addressing the interests, concerns and problems militating against the attainment of an enebling environment in his immediate community, we really might not have a serious need for the governors of our states, how much more the president of the Nation.

If we have the uprightness to choose people from our immediate community (states and federal constituencies) to represent our interest at various levels of legislative houses, the laws that suits our purposes might have been passed and our constitution would have made a path for us in our almost 24 years of new democracy.

A lot of Nigerians does not know that there is a District Health Officer (DHO) assigned or supposed to be assigned to their community, thank God at least we know there is a District Police Officer(DPO). What about District Attorney, District Fire Officer, District Water Officer, District Power Officer and so on. How does a DPO who was posted from Jaji even function in Lagelu? Who is ever held accountable for issues bedeviling us in our various communities?

Another election year is around the corner and all we do on social media is to attack one another along religious, ethnic and political party line, the same way we have sold ourselves out in the past 23 years of demoracy. That yoruba muslim and christian deputy(or vice-versa) in the west, or christian-christian in the east, or muslim-muslim in the core north, that have represented your local government since 1999... What value have they added to your community in terms of infrastructures, security, education, shelter, employment, health and so on, to mention but few.

We need to set our priorities right as Nigerians, whether home or abroad. Its not about sleeping at the toll gate for days or blocking the third mainland bridge. We need to start to ourselves and impact in our nation right from the community where we live and work, because that is our first point of contact with hapiness, security, health etc.

Whoever wins in the coming elections are most likely going to do the same or even make it worse, because the system limits them from delivering what we require of them, so... They cannot give what they dont have. How do we continue to do the same thing the same way everytime, and expect a different result?

"There is a very big difference between doing the right thing and doing things right"

OPINION OF A VOICELESS CITIZEN.

Maturity...... ability to dissent
Whithout causing dissension.
Let's be mature in Nigerian politics
We can only choose one of them
We remain familes after elections
We remain colleagues at work
We remain friends from time ever
We continue to be neighbours
We remain one Nigerian after
With or withour our vote they'll emerge
With or without our votes, one will win
Let your candidate be yours, let mine be mine
Let's not die for their aspiration
We're always at the loosing end
All their children are schooling abroad
But ASUU is always on strike here
Lets just keep hope alive in unity
While we work towards a desired change
Nigeria will be great again one day
Be sure to witness it in one piece

Good day everyone, I feel so displeased today in a very long time concerning the citizens of Nigeria.

So I woke up yesterday to the news that details of 3million Nigerians who have registered NIMC was hacked, and up till this moment the news is not trending, no one is asking any questions and we are just going about our businesses like nothing is wrong.
Well, let me tell you.... Everything is wrong because according to my friend who is a cyber security expert in Canada, the information on the NIMC registration can be used to commit crime that can be traced only to you.... Yes you.
It can also be used to do any form of online transaction from all of your bank account..... Yes you.
Now, if that happens. The same government who was careless enough with their responsibility regarding general data protection regulation (GDPR), will jail you for a crime you did not commit because all investigation will trace it to you.... Yes you.
In the case of you bank account, if all your money is transferred, the bank can not be responsible for it because you withdrew it yourself.... Yes you.
The problem now is; who is going to be affect in the national security breach?
Wow..... Unfortunately it could affect even the President, that's if he doesn't know about it, anyone whose details is included is vulnerable to attack. This is even worst that insurgency in the north, because even state sponsored hackers in the history of hacking have never hacked into Personal Identity Information (PII).

I propose that we rant for our nation by signing a petition on this unfortunate event

BREAKING NEWS:-
Rwandan President, Paul Kagame Appoints A 19-year-old Teenage Boy As A Minister.

Patrick Nkuriza 19, has been appointed a Minister of New Technologies and Development by Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda

As the saying goes; "Value does not wait for the number of years to come".

This saying fits perfectly with the fate of Patrick Nkuriza, a 19-year-old Rwandan, the youngest Minister of his Country's Cabinet.

Indeed, this little genius experienced a dramatic rise to the point of getting the baccalaureate at 14 and obtaining a PhD in Digital Communication Engineering afterwards.

Patrick is a real gifted person who has developed several applications that allows his country to perform activities in a lot of economic areas.

So it is commendable that he is appointed a Minister in his specialty but a Minister like no other, who lives with his parents and goes to work accompanied by his father in his es**rt car.

At home his mom washes his clothes and helps him dress.
His family refused him living in the house assigned to him as a Minister.
His bodyguards are always busy watching out for his safety when Patrick plays ball, his favorite sport with the neighborhood youths.

Everyone wants to touch him or take pictures with him.
Patrick didn't have a girlfriend and was always accompanied on his outings by his mother or father and bodyguards.

Merit Pays More Than Favouritism...The Rwandan President took note of that.

Me:- An european country now has territory in Africa.

Exiled their hutu and Tutsi to Nigeria.

Who is now the giant of Africa?

Nigeria by virtue of population and myriads of useless miniral resources.

SouthAfrica due to their victory over apathied and some white citizens?

Ghana after regulating the currency with a drastic and dramatic change into 1cedis-100naira?

Or Rwandan after almost wiping out their country with civil war slitely over 20years ago and still able to retrace their steps, now competing with the world, technology wise.

Nigerians every where in the world, what are we doing?

We need to give the government a break and let's start talking of how we can build ourselves individually.

29/07/2021

*ACTIVITIES*
WE BELEIVE IN A NEW NIGERIA:
Nigeria is a very great country, blessed with so many natural resources with which if properly channeled, we can be the greatest country in africa and even one of the best in the world. So we believe if we can learn to live with one another in peace, not allowing ourselves to be divided along religious, ethnic and political line, we can achieve a greater goal.

WE CONDUCT OPINION POLLS:
Just as it is widely believe that the leadership of any country is a reflection of the followers. We have decided to start asking questions from every individuals contesting for any public office at all levels, what they have for us and juxtapose with the need of citizens. Then we will put all our support in the project that best impact in the lives of Nigerian citizens the most. Regardless of the political party affiliation.

WE VOTE FOR PERFORMANCE:
In the case that some elected individuals perform up to 70% of their manifesto, CVN will be first to recommend such individual (s) to the people in the area of governance where he/she have delivered. We believe that will encourage individuals from other areas to also put in their best in order to get approval, love and support of the people they are representing, and not have fear to walk freely in their various constituency.

WE DELIVER GOOD CITIZENSHIP:
In the bid to find our rightfully place in the society, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. -Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.-
All that we are after is peace, tranquility, security, justice, shelter, power, infrastructure, health care and employment, among others. For all to be achieve, we have to support the government of the day to build, rather than destroy out of anger, and that can only be achieved by being patriotic and law abiding citizens of Nigeria.

WE DEMAND GOOD GOVERNANCE:
While we offer patriotism by citizens at all level, it is not out of place to demand good governance in areas that the government is not delivering, even though the demand will be in the most subtle and civil way, we will not appreciate the government clamping down on us and deploying soldiers to fire gunshots at us for just writing an open letter to the affected office from the affected area(s)

WE ENCOURAGE PRODUCTIVITY IN ALL SECTOR:
It's a know fact that we all can't be in politics or hold political offices, however we as citizens based on exposure will not leave government to solve all the problems themselves while we sit back and watch or wait for them to fail so that we can condemn and criticize. We will offer recommendations in situations where there are difficulties at any level. CVN just like Nigeria is filled with experts in Nigeria and diaspora from all works of life and are all willing to give their support to any government that is functioning and agrees with the greater Nigeria vision.

WE SUPPORT GENDER EQUALITY:
We believe that the girl child deserves the same opportunity just as her boy counterpart, so all our empowerment will be same ration unless in situation where there are more make than the female. The female gender are hereby implored to participate actively in the CVN project. If you are a model, and usher, artist, musician, actress and so on.... You have a great chance at International recognition being a member of Citizen's Voice of Nigeria

WE SUPPORT PROSPERITY FOR ALL NIGERIANS:
In a country where citizens are prosperous as individuals or groups, it reduces burden from the neck of their government. Prosperity may be through creativity, innovations or entrepreneurship requires an enabling society though, but as hard working as Nigerian citizens are known to be, we will continue to make do of what we have and assist all interested government to build NIGERIA and make it great again. We will continue to encourage and assist out innovators, our talents and our entrepreneurs to keep on doing their best. That way, we can create employments amongst ourselves without having to bother the government.

WE ARE A SURE MARKET:
With our target membership of 50 million Nigerians home and abroad, a website and mobile application that encompasses all activities of the organisation, you can imagine how far your brand, products or services will go. Member citizens anywhere in the world has a place where they advertise their brand, products or services for free and can also join forums where similar products of services are assembled so that people looking for such in certain areas can easily locate what they are looking for. The success of every citizens is of utmost importance to us.

WE DEFEND OUR HAPPINESS:
Although we don't intend to hold physical rallies or street protests at any point in time, however, in the event that all our efforts on consultations and consolidations proves abortive, we are most likely to get confrontational, but we believe in the strength and wisdom of Nigerian government everytime, that they will reasonable as we are reasonable also

WE ARE FROM THE GRASSROOT:
We intend to have at least one CVN member in every street of Nigeria. In that way we can get information on welfare of every single person in the country.
