Job Title: Business Process & Service Quality Officer.
Role Location/Mode: State (Onsite) - Lagos

Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying, documenting and maintaining necessary company policies and procedures while working with the internal stakeholders, as well as, propose and implement improvements to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of company’s objectives. The role also monitors effective process implementation as it may be assigned.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
1. Monitor assigned processes such as OLA for efficiency and continual improvement.
2. Work with an Auditor to audit assigned processes and reporting of findings.
3. Ensure closure of audit findings (internal audit and process audit) including recommendations and any identified process gaps.
4. Document, maintain, update procedures and policies and monitor implementation of assigned processes.
5. Review existing processes, propose improvements and update business processes to meet changing business needs.
6. Ensure prompt communication of approved documentation and management of document tracker.
7. Create communication design for company-wide awareness purposes.
8. Ensure prompt update, tracking, analysis and reporting of status of assigned business processes.
9. Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by Superior Officers.

Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Engineering or Social Science or equivalent with 2 or more years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and ISO 20000-1.
• Experience in business process document and management with an emphasis on process analysis and improvement.
• Ability to conduct assigned audits.
• Ability to work independently on various tasks.

Skills.
• Quality Control and Assurance.
• Internal and External Analysis techniques: SWOT Analysis, GAP Analysis.
• Ability to deliver accurate work under pressure, multi task and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
