You just have to Refuel : Do things you enjoy, things that gives you peace ahead of your fresh start

Restart- I have learnt that in life there are many gallops, it now one’s duty to sit in the gallop or Start again, move forward, accelerate.

Restrategise - Even if you have to restart, you will want to avoid those gallops for a new start, identifying what the gallops in your life are, think of a better way , another approach, a better route , if you restart and go through where you had your gallops , you’ll end up in that same gallops
Do it differently, try another approach for another result .
