Here are 3 practical tips to help you avoid overeating and foster a balanced approach to nutrition:

*Starting your day hydrated💧:
Hydration plays a crucial role in regulating appetite and supporting overall well-being.
Begin each morning with a refreshing glass of water, and for an extra boost, add a squeeze of lemon. Not only does this help kickstart your metabolism, but it also aids digestion and can reduce feelings of hunger throughout the day.
Remember, staying adequately hydrated is key to supporting your body's natural processes and curbing unnecessary cravings.

*Incorporating protein 🍗into every meal: Including a serving of protein with each meal can help promote satiety and prevent overeating. Protein-rich foods such as lean meats, fish, eggs, tofu, and dairy products not only provide essential nutrients but also help stabilize blood sugar levels, keeping you feeling full and satisfied for longer periods.
