Not the regular orders.... Client said she wanted Rice with Fish stew for RCCG Family Weekend Sunday....
Twas a hit as usual😍

This is one of the vengeful words a co-caterer said to a client that contracted us all for a job some time ago.
We all got contracted to cater for a wedding. I was catering for 150 while the other caterer was catering for 100. When everyone got to the reception, the crowd was way more than anticipated. So the coordinators decided to use wisdom so as the food would go round. We were told to reduce the portions... Originally I was to serve, 2portions Jollof Rice, 1 portion fried rice with 2 proteins and either Moi-moi or Coleslaw... I had to reduce it to 1portion each of Jollof and Fried rice with 1 protein and either of Moi-moi or Coleslaw. Same for the other caterer. At the end, there was food remaining from bothe sides...
Coordinator came and said we should "declare" the remaining food, let her see how she can send some over to the groom's family that came all the way from the East, so they can have what to eat later in the night. And that was when all hell let loose.
One of the women caterer from the other catering team, lost it and started raising her voice, telling the coordinators that it isn't done anywhere, they have served the numbers of people they got paid for and more, she called the woman all sorts of names, you'd think they have had previous altercation😭😭... How the coordinator is bossing everyone around, how she herself is older than the coordinator and all....
Coordinator was more shocked from the insults than pained, all the while was trying to explain... When I tried to intervene, I got my fair share of insult🤣🤣... I sha carried myself back to my table, called on the other coordinators, "you people should come and take your food o, lemme be going, before someone will tell me how I came to Lagos with Tipper Truck"
