Freedom to breathe: the first basic life of those who have their life ahead of them.

See that grey bubble? It represents the air pollution that children are exposed to on a daily basis. Today, 93% of the world's children are breathing polluted air.

It's time for us to burst this bubble and create a future where our children need to play, jump and have fun, without fear.

Welcome to a New beginning. 2021 is here with us and if SBP should bring along 2020 airs ... we will be depressed and unable to move on. But we move. Our re-usable bags are getting into more hands, we work to extend our signature to more people, more businesses, more homes, more schools as we gradually replace single-use plastic bags. We can do this together.

Hello everyone!

*Dear Daughter, Sister and Mum - Be Encouraged doing your duty*

It is my candid prayer that we are all staying safe, have provisions that will help us stay at home and being intentional about our physical and mental health especially this season of uncertainty.

I trust we as women are putting in extra efforts to lovingly bring our families together especially in the face of “sit at home” to avoid issues like domestic conflicts, accidents, illnesses and falling prey to scams. (There maybe more which I have not captured).

I wish to encourage you to:
1. Develope a new routine that will take into consideration your well-being (worry less) your food (eat healthy, natural foods at a balanced proportion) your finance (reduce panic buying and buy only stuff you sure need) your health (both mental and physical) excercises and indoor recreation and that of your immidate family.

2. Develop routines that brings you closer to God and mother Earth (environment and sustainability).

3. Develop routines that will create a healthy (virtual) contact with your family who are not in close proximity with you, your extended family and friends.

You can start by making sure you observe your morning prayers time and since we all seem to have more home time add more prayers that you couldn't say before - for instance Catholics instead of the 5-Decades Rosary, you can up it and say the complete 20-Decades, that avails much more grace.

For those who stocked already...Make sure to provide quality food and that it is served on time and in moderate quantities to avoid gym time after the lockdown (we pray 🙏 it ends sooner than suggested).

Make provision for family time to gist and play games (mental and physically demanding games) you can all dance together and if Papa of the house is refusing to join, it is your duty to sweetly😃😜 and lovingly convince him that it is good for his health.

If you have not stocked up like some of us who are believing in God's p
