Have always said this "every pain and burden we carry are mere thoughts" you are to decide how heavy you want it to be or how burdensome you want it to be, the truth is, the moment it enters into your thought you are in charge unless you don't have a renewed mind. Your mind must be on constant check in order to identify any contrabands; it's your thought so you can't say you don't know how it got there. Take up the responsibility to delete what's not needed and embrace what you need. Thoughts are not expressed on the face without the permission of the bearer, this means every thought that prospered in the heart were permitted by the bearer, thoughts are powerful when we make them so, they can be powerless too if you let them. This is why ideas will remain a thought if no action is taken, the action you take is the power you grant to the thoughts in your heart. when you are depressed check your thought patterns and you will see how powerful you have granted the thought that brought you depression. Surrounding yourself with great people can remind you of who you are meant to be, The right atmosphere is a blessing to you and it helps to put your heart in check. Your thought is a treasure you have to keep. The Bible says Guide your heart with ALL diligence for out of it are the issues of life. The room inside is bigger than the world you live in, it has the capacity to create a world yet unseen. It is also powerful because it gives life to the world around you. If you don't know how to access the life on your inside, just know you won't survive this phase we are entering into. The good things you see around you where first thoughts and then it came to manifest. Nothing can manifest on this earth realm without passing through the corridor of a human mind. Tap into the strength inside you and you will see the beauty around you.
