This is update of our biafran activities in this struggle.


1. MNK gave order for DOS to transfer money into ESN account(Umueri) they refused.

2. MNK gave order for DOS to allow Simon Ekpan to broadcast on Radio Biafra, they refused.

3. DOS gave sit at home order on every Mondays which the people love, only for them to come on air to cancel it with no reasons till date.

4. DOS gave one week sit at home on Anambra election until MNK is released unconditionally, only for DOS to come on air to cancel it in the name of political reasons and till date no solution. For more than one year eight months now biafrans did not see the effect of the “political solution” DOS entered.

5. The global protests that's will give great awareness for biafra restoration, only for us to wake-up in the morning to discover that DOS has stopped the protest for no reason till date.

6. Instead of DOS coming on air regularly to address the people on live video broadcast for the way forward, what biafrans only hear on the Radio Biafra is either Gossiping, attacking or sacking of IPOB/DOS members that dare to question the authoritative leadership of DOS.

7. DOS claimed to be working underground, while for the past one year eight months nothing is seems to be working for the release of MNK till date.

8. Rather than DOS to protecting the people of biafrans, DOS are busy exposing and calling names of Biafrans for zoological government to go after them using ESN .

9. The Biafrans meant to believe that DOS is in charge of the whole struggle, only for us to watch Kanuta Kanu saying he's the one in charge of the legal team, and not the DOS.

10. Now did you observe that the E rats didn't promote ESN , Biafrans are very certain that the DOS wasn't aware of the planned activities of both the ESN ?, otherwise DOS would have find a way to cancel it. that tells Biafrans that the DOS are not in charge of the legal team and ESN.

11. Under this same leadership of MNK adoption, and even for eight days the DOS didn’t voice out for the where about of MNK. For more than one year ten months now, the leadership of DOS has not been able to hold nobody responsible as the brain behind this evil act, neither have they sacked anyone. Isn’t not clear enough that this DOS know about his adoption ?, Funny enough this same DOS leadership wants people to still believe them that they’re fighting for MNK release. The truth is that this same DOS leadership cannot identify the culprits behind MNK adoption.

12. Today if any Biafran stand for the truth in IPOB you will be sacked.

13. If this DOS leadership is sincere, what stops them as a fathers of the struggle to accommodate Simon Ekpan into their fold considering the fact that he has great ideas by MNK recommendations ?, Is there any secret DOS are hiding from Simon Ekpan which Biafrans don’t know ?,

14. If the corruption in DOS is hiding, obviously we cannot go far in this struggle because it would collapse within a short time, that's why It's better for Simon Ekpa to exposed the corruption in DOS so as to clean the house to achieve our aim.

15. Each time I see people attacking Simon Ekpan, I just shake my head because of the ignorance in them. DOS are not after the truth upon which MNK founded IPOB/DOS, rather they're after the structure. The question is; how can a structure work effectively when it's on the basis of corruption ? ,

16. From the best of my understanding, Simon is not after the structure, but after the corruption within the structure. I can categorically tell you that if the corrupt in DOS leadership is changed today, Biafrans will never hear Simon Ekpan attacking DOS.

17. Simon Ekpan "may" have entered a deal with the Finland Government based on his activities towards Biafra restoration. I say this because; it's not an easy job fighting a corrupt country like Nigeria considering the fact that Nigeria can do anything to bring Simon Ekpan down.

18. I would say that MNK made a mistake in which he did constitute authority/body that has the power to overhaul the present leadership with Biafrans because currently the Biafrans people has no confidence in DOS.

19. The truth is that, Simon Ekpan is a great man without IPOB membership. DOS can accommodate Simon Ekpan considering his large followers. Anyone telling you Simon Ekpa is nobody is just lying to you. The best thing for DOS ( sincerely in this struggle) to have a round table with Simon Ekpa, otherwise I don't see this fight between them ending soon.

20. Who booked for MNK ticket ?, Who picked MNK from the airport ?, Who was with MNK in Kenya before the incident ?, Who are the security personnels the DOS attached to MNK ?, Why DOS that was so closed to MNK didn't voice out for eight days after his missing ?, These are simply questions the present DOS leadership cannot answer or discuss. If you claim to be lover or follower of MNK in which you cannot answer these simple questions carefully, then you're just an enemy of Biafra struggle.

Nnamdi Kanu Human Rights Suit : Court Adjourned Case To 16th March For Ruling,Whether To Invite Mazi Nnamdi Kanu To Testify Or Not

Federal high court sitting in Abuja today 7th March 2022 , has heard the Human Rights suit filed by Barrister Maxwell Opara Chibuike before Justice Taiwo O Taiwo at the Federal High Court Abuja , the Suit is addressing the following .

"The subjection of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to Solitary Confinement by the DSS”

“Denying him access to his personal Physician”

“Depriving him access to have his religious Materials & time to practice his religion”

“The deprivation of his rights to have private discussion with his lawyers”

“Gross violation of his fundamental human Rights as enshrined both in the Nigerian constitution and African Charter on Human and People’s rights”.

The case was called upon in the court before Justice Taiwo O Taiwo , the motion was heard after much deliberation by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's Lawyer Maxwell Opara Chibuike and lawyers representing DSS and the Attorney General of the Federation . The presiding Judge Justice Taiwo O Taiwo in his wisdom adjourned the case to 16th March for ruling on the Motion whether to invite Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to appear in court to give oral testimony or not .
