I was privileged to be nominated by my State Chairman and senior colleagues concerned at the IMO-NIA to propose an alternative design and facade for the on-going state secretariat building of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Imo State Chapter.

Here is a first review of the proposal.

The building is in summary, designed to house the events and administerial activities of the state chapter of the Institute and perhaps, extend the possibility of same services at a rentable price for persons and/or any other organizations that may want to patronize the elegance of this piece of architectural edifice.
