Job Role and Summary

A School Bus Driver is in charge of delivering students to and from school. He picks up students at preset bus stops and transports them to their respective schools. He then transports the students back to their homes after class. The work also includes transporting students and teachers on field excursions, as well as student-athletes and coaches to off-campus contests. The School Bus Driver has the ability to supervise and discipline disruptive students during bus travels. You must be between the ages of 30 and 45.

A. Duties and Responsibilities
• Safely transports pupils from their homes to campus and vice-versa.
• Must be conversant with routes in Owerri
• Transports pupils and teachers to the destinations of their field trip.
• Transports student-athletes and coaches to the venues of their off-campus tournaments.
• Disciplines unruly pupils during the bus trip.
• Assists pupils and teachers in loading and unloading their baggage.
• Works closely with the mechanic in the maintenance of the school bus.

B. Skills
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination in driving.
• Must have punctuality and profound time-management skills.
• Capable of handling and disciplining young children and teenagers.
• Possesses great communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable when it comes to federal and state rules and regulations in Owerri.
C. Qualifications
• Must have a driver's license
• Must have at least [six (6)] months to [one (1)] year experience operating Buses.
• Must have a negative result in the drug test.
• Must be certified as fit to work by a medical expert.
• Must have a clean track record with no past traffic violations.
• Has the flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Head Teacher - Must be good in computer and also have a managerial skills in growing the school, good communication skills, a graduate, education degree is an added advantage.

Classroom Teachers- Knowledgeable in computer, kind, good communication skills and must be a graduate of either Polytechnic or University, Education Degree is an added advantage.

Specialty Teachers in Mathematics, English Language and science also a computer literate.

Fount-High International School is Nigerian-British curriculum, we are new and ready to give your child the best education they deserve. Our fees are affordable and we have a school bus that covers distance within the city of Owerri.

Our registration forms are available for as low as #3,000. We have decided to a set of uniforms free as incentive to the first 50 pupils that registers. By this, a minimum of N30,000 is slashed from the fees. In addition there will be further incentive of 25% reduction on other fees per term. We are revising the school fees structure to reflect these incentives.
