16. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

RULED BY PEACE
(28/10/2023)

Scripture reference:
Colossians 3: 15. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

The peace of God is calibrated for the heart of believers in Christ ; this makes them thankful and not anxious.
So as believers in Christ we are ruled by peace
And so we live in peace. While those outside Christ are grumbling about unrest, we dwell perpetually in the peace of God.
It’s more of a heart affair;
The scripture says ; Proverbs 23: 7a. For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
[Emphasis on A part]
So your physical state is control by your emotional state.
So Christ dwells in our heart by His Word to give peace to our heart and that peace rules our emotions and action
