UPDATE ON THE COMING ELECTION
Adcoed is our alma mata, if we don't build it, no one will do that for us, our unity is very important all time.
May the Lord strengthens us

For the past few weeks we've held series of meetings to know the modalities of this election.

These are the available positions:
1. President
2. Vice President 1
3. Gen Secretary
4. Asst Gen Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Financial Secretary
7. Public Relation Officer (PRO)
8. Welfare and Social Dir.
9. Auditor
10. Chief Adviser.

And we have the following functioning campuses for now:
1. Main campus
2. Adalemo
3. Ota
4. Abule Egba
So, we want the position to cut across the listed campuses.

We came out with a slot as follows:
Main campus 3
Mini campus (adalemo) 3
Ota 3
Abule egba 2.

As we all know that the position of the president is a very delicate one, and that's why we must look for someone who can take up that position. We must not make a mistake, so we decided that the president should come from the main campus for a start. Its a standard protocol

The slot would be fair enough and as such that any interested candidate would buy a form with a token:

For post 1(i.e president, vice president, Gen sec, treasurer, welfare e.t.c), we suggested #3,000 while other positions should go for #2,000.

The form is ready, well designed, and anyone who is picking a form would submit to the electoral committee through mail after filling it.

The campaign venue would be on this platform and the purchase starts immediately so as for us to conduct the election by July and swear in the winners at the program that would be held later this year.

Time table for Election
1.Deadline for form collection - 1st week of July.
2. Campaign and debate - 2nd week of July.
3. Election - 3rd week of July.
4. Compilation of result and declaration of winners - 4th week of July.

Pick your form now, let's get started as time is not on our side.
